Always a pleasant experience at this location I must add that the manager Mr. Cleavland is very professional courteous and knowledgeable pretty good at customer service and making sure everyone is updated on the process of the job being performed, I get my tires from them and always get the free rotation and balance. They also have a free tire repair service and air check. They always recommend an appointment so the wait time is drastically reduced. Take away points, professional, team oriented, awesome customer service, timely service, customer focused. They did some recent renovations which really upped the style of the waiting area and seating. They no longer have the rims/ wheels display. They now also provide wheel alignment.

Went last weekend because my tire sensor was on. Kept putting air in it but it kept coming on. There was a nail in one of them. They removed and repaired it for free. Thought I was good but it came on again. We've right back and there was another nail in another tire. And yep, they fixed that for free too. Staff is respectful and helpful. Nice and clean on the inside.

The best customer service! I have been coming here since 2009 and they never disappoint. Most recently, 3 weeks after getting tires here I noticed my wheel cap was missing. Mr Cleveland provided exceptional service by replacing the wheel cap no questions asked. I appreciate his and the whole team’s commitment to being exceptionally good to their customers!!

I was having issues with my tire warning light that kept coming on and I thought there may have been some type of issue. I made an appointment and Hunter was able to fix the issue in under 5 minutes and didn’t take advantage of me not knowing what was happening. I am very appreciative of him and his helpful and kind demeanor. I would definitely recommend going here and seeing Hunter. If I have any issues or need to purchase tires in the future I definitely will come here first.

I have been to this discount tire multiple times and they’ve always helped me out. I love the free services discount tire offers, they also price match and have good prices in general. This specific location has remodeled the inside so it looks welcoming and put together. Customer service is great- I was late to my appointment and when I walked in they let me know they’d be with me shortly and I waited about 5 mins since they had to cash out another customer. Trey was super nice to me and everyone else, he answered phone calls and kept customers updated on when he would help them/what order they would be helped. A different employee (possibly a manager?) also came in and checked that everyone in the lobby area had been helped. I got a tire rotation and it took them less than an hour from my appointment time (probably about 30-45 minutes from when they actually received my keys). Another employee with curly hair and glasses was also really nice and helpful. Everyone seemed generally in a good mood and it didn’t feel hectic or rushed so I almost forgot it was a Friday and not a slower weekday! Would definitely recommend coming here.

I visited Discount Tire yesterday to have tire replaced on my car. I was greeted promptly by Sean McNally who said he could get me taken care of quickly. I’d purchased tire from them a few months back and purchased the tire warranty. Sure enough, I got a new tire replacement for free! This made my day, not only was I in and out in 30 minutes, I didn’t have to pay. This was by far the best experience I’ve had at any tire store. discount tire to the rescue … again, thanks Sean !!!

I don't know why you would go anywhere else??? They price match anyone else, give you better service and are super careful. Like why waste time somewhere else??

I’ve had a ton of tires repaired / replaced at this location over the last year and have been helped by probably all the gents who work up front at some point in time. Every single time they’ve been helpful, communicated clearly of what my cars needed with integrity, and were super speedy in getting me back on the road. Forever customer here. Buy the warranty, it’s worth it!

This is about as good a tire store as I can imagine. They are prompt, courteous and polite. They completely explain the difference between walk-ins and appointments and seemed to be able to work through or around what must be the daily grind of tire repairs and still keep their appointments on track.

I had a simple tire repair (screw in the tread). We were advised to get there when they open and I should be out pretty quickly. I was in and out in about 45 minutes. Plenty quick enough given that I was the fourth person in line and the other three were also repairs.

They were very busy but worth the wait. They were very thorough, attentive to detail, courteous, and cost effective.

Awesome experience, great price delivered right to my door. Best part was I took it to a local discount tire location for install on some new wheels for my Mustang GT and manager Bruce who is very knowledgeable found a problem with one of the tires. No problem, we called and new tire was literally there the next morning. Could not ask for better service, and all my cars will be going there from now on..thx...OH AND ALL THE GUYS THAT WORK THERE ARE FRKN AWESOME.. NICEST.. MOST HONEST BUNCH I HAVE EVER MET.. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

I went to the Discount Tire on Albemarle Road to get a failed plug repaired on a used GMC Sierra I had bought two years ago from a local dealer. The tires on the truck were the ones that came with the truck. Discount Tire gave me a brand new Michelin Defender for free because they said the patch that failed was theirs. Outstanding! My three other vehicles have tires I bought from Discount Tire on Albemarle and when either my GMC Sierra or the other three vehicles need new tires, I’m definitely buying my tires at Discount Tire on Albemarle Road!

I needed some help for a set of tires that my dad purchased for a jeep. They were purchased in North Carolina, but I now live in Georgia and have been hitting roadblocks to get what need. The customer service by Cleveland was above and beyond. He helped me find the exact part I needed, and helped source it locally for me. If I lived in Charlotte, I would definitely continue to give them business.

We were in a very bad situation my husband had two blown out tires on his trailer and was stranded on the highway we called discount and they went above and beyond to help us get the correct tires and they expedited the pick up for us I was beyond grateful for their assistance and understanding

Just went for an air adjustment but they were super friendly, helpful and followed up afterwards

Becoming a Discount Tire customer was one of the best business decisions I've made for my household. Their customer service is always top shelf no matter where I am in the country. This is the third time I have had a nail in my tire while traveling and all I do is Google "Discount Tire location near me" and I am typically in and out of there in 90 minutes or less. The employees are always respectful and personable and strive to take care of what you need in a timely manner. They are not pushy salespeople, which is also a plus. If you can, this is the place to buy your tires.

I have been going here for years, like for at least 15 years, the front desk service is excellent friendly helpful and patient with tons of questions, their prices are the best... the service guys are also very nice. Every time my low tire air light comes on I just drive up, and they check all the tires and fix it

I have an older car that requires special attention- every time I have had my car towed there or been there - for over the past two 1/2 years - everyone was there to help- friendly, patient, informative, empathetic, and caring. My car always received top notch attention and expertise in what was required always with kindness and fairness considering my needs and budget.
It is always busy because people in Charlotte know this is a place to trust but you never feel like or treated like a number. Every single person I have had dealings with over these years has been exceptionally professional in every way.
Today, though… Ramon made my day and started my new year off to an amazing start!!
