Anthony is an outstanding employee. Very welcoming, explained some new menu items, and was a great conversationalist. Little things like this go a long way to make customers happy.

I used to work at this dunkin. The manager fired me for customer complains and never talked to me about customer complaints. And lots of drama. Only problem I have is the manager.

I honestly never do reviews but the chick at the window when I was paying I think her name was Marteen was super super nice told me all about the DD app how to get points and how it works etc - plus made sure our coffees were on point thanks girl!

I LOVE the staff at this location!! They are always so friendly and make my coffee right every time!! I also appreciate the fact that I’m not overly charged for McDouble espresso as other locations have done. I come to this location everyday and am NEVER disappointed! The staff here deserve to start earning tips because I’d love to tip them for their service!

Super fast service my iced coffees are always made perfect. There’s one worker that I see that takes pride in her job to please customers and keeps the lines short. Her name is Haley. So if you all see her on your way through give her a high five, since this Dunkin’ isnt aloud tips. These employees work their butts off and should be able to collect tips especially when it’s a minimum wage job. We need to change this policy and you’ll see even better service and smiles!!!

These guys get the most unfair reviews. They are working their hardest and are short staffed. People being nasty doesn't make people want to work here! If you want to help the staffing problem be the kind of customer people want to get a job serving!

Quick and clean drive thru Dunkin. Mainly a drive thru they do have a counter but dining room is small.

Love this Dunkin just off of exit 20 on 295. Service is always super quick and you can't beat their 2 for deals.

workers are very fast and they always have my orders correct.

My family likes its breakfast selections, great coffee, and great people! I would like to come to this place more often!
