I cannot say enough good things about this store and staff! THANK YOU so much to Nate and Tina for taking care of me yesterday! I came in yesterday struggling to regain service on my phone due to a mishap caused by another service I won’t mention. As you can imagine it is extremely scary not having phone service as someone with adrenal insufficiency, adrenal cancer, and brain cancer. Long story short, I decided to switch to T Mobile. My service is even better than it was before, and at more than half the cost! Nate and Tina got me what I needed in a timely manner, were extremely knowledgeable about products and services, patient, kind, understanding, and compassionate towards me which I appreciate very much as a cancer survivor. My phone was up and running with amazing service same day. Go to T Mobile for peace of mind and exceptional customer service! Thank you so very much again, Nate and Tina! :)

Tina, Kensie, and Alex (AJ?) were absolute angels. myself and my 1 year old went through a three-ish hour process to upgrade my phone (no fault of the employees, i didn’t have my icloud backed up but that’s irrelevant)

they were SO kind and easy to get along with and accommodating for me having a easy to agitate infant with me. the customer service was excellent, the vibes were wonderful. i felt comfortable here and got along VERY well with these three experts❤ i personally want to thank them for giving me a wonderful experience and helping me save as much money as i could. shout out to this store and its crew.

Great rates AND great service! My mom and I recently visited this location to set up new devices and switch to T-Mobile from a different carrier. The service was fantastic! Mobile Experts Nate, AJ, and Mackenzie were super helpful! They helped us keep our numbers (despite roadblocks from previous carrier) and helped us decide what plans would be best for each of us (without being pushy)!

Store members are very kind polite and helpful also this location was very clean they were quick with taking care of all my needs the manager was very nice and kept checking in with everyone to make sure everyone was satisfied. by far one of the best phone stores I've been in thank you 😊

This T-Mobile store on Colony Lane in Latrobe, PA, is very clean and organized and AJ was excellent at explaining and setting up my phone. If you are in need of a new phone I highly recommend you visit this T-Mobile store. The selection and service is exceptional.

Walked in around 6, my daughter got the new iPhone and apple watch. Transfer done and out the door by u 7. Great service and the staff was fantastic!!

Nothing T-Mobile advertises is accurate. If you live in Latrobe OR Ligonier DO NOT SWITCH!!! You’ll get a new phone, but will cut out numerous times during a 5 minute conversation. Save yourself time, money and frustration if you live in these areas. Not only does service SUCK, but the bill went from $180-220 after 2 months and no matter how often I speak to them, they say it’ll go back but next month $220 comes out of our account. Save yourself! Don’t get locked into a contract with them no matter how bad you want a new phone. Even if you have a new phone, if you can’t talk on it, it’s not worth it!! BUYERS BE-WARE!

Honestly, save yourself and just go to Westmoreland Mall. The customer service is so bad here. Not greeting when coming through the door, and making us feel like they don’t even want us in the store. Got an old Apple Watch activated, ON THE WRONG PLAN! They put an android plan on for an Apple Watch. Every time I go here I regret it and end up going to the mall instead.
