small post office with friendly, efficient staff and all the services you need, including post office boxes. just very impressed with the efficiency here and how it's so clear these folks want to help and get you in and out quickly. there's usually parking on the street in front.

A lot of bad experiences in the past but there’s a new woman, Debbie, she was very helpful and friendly and extremely efficient! Thanks Debbie!

Very friendly and professional service. Especially Debbie who goes extra miles. She helped me recover a package without a printed shipping label due to my oversight.

Ma. Ran helped us with my kids' passport applications, she went above and beyond and was really friendly.

The staff behind the counter are mostly excellent but the carrier in my neighborhood is not. We had mailed delivered to us only twice last week and I can count on one hand the number of days we never got mail. And it’s been bad most of this month.

About three years ago, I gave this two stars because staff members there were curt at best and snarky at worst, and closed early. Over the past year or so, I have not encountered instances of this happening. Staff have been cordial to very friendly, but I can't vouch for whether they are still closing up shop early because I've gotten in the habit of not pushing my luck by going after 3p! I bumped this up to a 3-star because things are fine; may bump it again in future if the trajectory continues.

It’s the slowest service. Every time I have to send something I feel like years coming by, as if eternity passes before it’s finally my chance to approach the counter. Worse then any location I’ve been to.

The office lady for shipping was super nice. My negative experience came from passport services. The first time we were there, the agent (a guy) who didn’t let us sign our application (for our child) before mailing it, so after 4 months we get notified that we need to resubmit our application.
So we went all the way there, this time it was a different lady. She did let us sign. However, after we left, she called us and told us that WE need to mail our application. Okay fine whatever I went back and bring my own envelop and stamps (she asks for two stamps). And when I got home, i read the letter myself it states very clear on the letter that it was actually her (acceptance agent) responsibility to send the new application. (Because it was the agent’s fault that the application didn’t went through. )
All these back and forth could have been avoided in the beginning if the first agent there does his job right. Good thing we start our application early. Now we need to wait maybe another 4 months to see if there is any other surprises.

I understand why sometimes the employees are cranky…incredibly low staffed for a busy post office. Nevertheless they can be rude and dismissive.

The automated machines do not work.

Rather filthy.

Most importantly: Definitely do not ever use this post office for your passport. Never.
