My priority 1-day package was delivered to the wrong address and a woman named Reginea(sp?) took the time to go to the wrong address, get the package and bring it back to me. I would give this young woman a raise. Above and beyond to care for me. I thought it was lost for good. So thankful 🥹

Staff were all very courteous and helpful, despite it being an extremely busy time of year with the holidays. Chrissy was especially helpful, showing me the most cost-efficient option for international shipping.

Excellent. Efficient, clean, helpful. I ship multiple packages from this location weekly for our family's home woodworking business. Even in the busy holiday season the staff is professional and competent - more gracious and patient with customers than they probably feel like being. Thank you to USPS Staff at this location for running a top-notch operation.

I was concerned about previous reviews, but this was my second visit in a week and both times have been great! There is a clerk in the lobby who assists with express or quick needs before you get to the counter, and that it very helpful and saves time. Today she saved me from mailing something in a large, soft Priority envelope by suggesting a small padded envelope. I observed the clerks at the counter as I waited for my turn and each behaved professionally and with courtesy, so maybe the customer service model has changed since the unfavorable reviews were written. I got a very good impression.

This is my regular location. The Staff is consistently super pleasant, friendly and helpful (unlike the location on Wendover Rd which specializes in rude and nasty). McMullen Creek location is always VERY clean and well stocked. Geraldine took care of me today and, just like her colleagues, was warm and courteous.Thank you.

I had a package delivered from Montana to Charlotte in 2 days! I had some time sensitive documents that I needed delivered in 2 days.
I went to the USPS because of the convenient location. Without fail all
5 items were delivered from NC to NJ in 2 days! This is the USPS we all use to Love! Thank you

I’ve only been here once, but the guy behind the counter was super polite and helpful. I wish I could remember his name. My receipt says clerk 57 but not a name.

Maybe I have been lucky lately, but it seems like I meet a lot more friendly postal workers than I used to.

Love coming here several times a week. Getting a drop off receipt is fast and often there is friendly staff outside of the counter receiving and receipting packages. Everyone is kind and helpful. Thank you!

Best Post Office in the area, clean, neat and the employees have always been extremely helpful. Also most up to date Post Office I've been to in Charlotte definitely out of the dark ages.. Love love.

I come to this location because it's usually not as busy as the Stonecrest one. The postmen/woman have always been really friendly here.
