Byrne Dairy and Deli

Great convenience store and gas station right near North Chili. Amazing selection of ice cream, donuts, and other pre-made items. Prices are higher than larger stores, but that is to be expected at a convience store. Gas prices are sometimes higher than the Sunoco across the street. Accepts tap to pay, which is great for security when buying gas, and the store is open 24 hours.

Chili Ave is my favorite location. The food is great and the employees are always friendly and helpful.

Wendy is the best! She makes everyone’s day so much brighter just by being her. Wendy knows all of her customers names, she’s just amazing!

Assistant Manager was wonderful.
My friend got a flat tired about half a mile from the gas station so we came here.
We did our best to get it changed but couldn’t. He came out- helped us out and when the spare tire was a dud too he gave us some pretty solid advice.
I Asked if there was a survey or something I could do to get a higher ups attention.
Not only was he managing his team member- but he was doing something that he absolutely did not have to. And made sure we were okay. When 2 women have a broken down care at 3am we never know what kind of human being to expect.
I didn’t catch his name- but he was exactly the kind of person we could only hope to interact with.

I would like to thank Wendy who works to morning shift Monday through Friday! She always has a smile on her face she's extremely nice and always helpful. Especially now you can barely even get a response from a cashier let alone a smile so I think you Wendy for always having a smile on your face and being kind and thoughtful with each and every customer. I hope your big boss reads us because you definitely need to be recognized and maybe even get a promotion. You should probably teach us seminar to other cashiers and teach some etiquette and well manners which you certainly have it's always a pleasure going in there when Wendy's working

Best Ice Cream ever!! And the price is right!!!

Very neat inside. Spacious. The loaders were not in way of customers. Staff was very kind and courteous. Cheerful and delightful. Prices aren't that bad. Miss mine from growing up. Don't see much of them anymore. :) very nice set up and assortment.

I love this store! They have a delicious, ice cream, their own milk, nice selection of delishous donuts! The beer selection is fantastic, from local brews to the main stream brands. Always a great place for a pit stop for me!

Bonnie and the crew are absolutely THE BEST

This is a friendly store/GAS station to visit. They are pleased to carry your purchases out to you car. When I had my dog, she would only drink ice water, I would go to the store, pick up 2 bags of ice, the cashier's would pick it up and bring it to the car for me. Like I said it's a friendly store.

The store is clean, the staff friendly and knowledgeable. Add to that Byrne dairy products are the best in New York state. Their milk butter and ice cream are the best I've ever had.

Best milk shakes,breakfast pizza and cheese burgers sliders in town and Amanda,Olivia, Angelina, Jordan, Mitchell and Alex are the top notch employees that make the store the best experience anyone can ever have with their plesant and constant great attitude. Great stop for ice cream (and many other things like gas, some groceries, drinks, typical convenience store fare). Their ice cream is Byrne's brand. Had about 20 flavors of hard ice cream, soft, sundaes, flurries, waffle cones, toppings. Reasonable prices for an icecream stand!

Probably my favorite Byrne Dairy in the Rochester area. Was working on a construction project in the vicinity, and stopped here a few times a day. Fantastic staff! Especially Wendy!

Paula was very friendly and helpful with picking out some late night snacks. She also made a great toasted sandwich that hit the spot! She went above and beyond for my friends and I. I'll be back for sure. Thanks again Paula!

This is a clean, large convenience store with gas pumps. They have public restrooms and the staff is very helpful and friendly. There's also ample parking and a large variety of products to choose from.

Best soft serve ice cream in the world!! Love their milk and they have a vast assortment of snacks and grocery essentials. Huge parking lot. And gas station too.

Good selection of fresh coffee and condiments plus kids we're happy with their popsicles. 2 indoor single bathrooms seemed in rather good shape

LOVE their Turkey "Lurkey" wraps. Bernadette gives AWESOME customer service!! She's an asset. Great quality food. Yes, everyone else is friendly also.

This is a pretty decent gas station and market place for a New York small town. Tables inside and outside, an icecream shop, a cafe, and a well stocked convenience store goods.
