I have been a loyal customer of Dunhams sports for more than a decade. Throughout these years, I have consistently had a positive experience. Although there have been a few instances where some young employees did not meet my expectations or the standards of the establishment, they were promptly dismissed. It is not uncommon to encounter such situations in any business, but it should not overshadow the overall feedback of the store. In my opinion, Dunhams has provided me with excellent service over the past 10 years. Son's backpack broke. Looked all over but since it's not the beginning of the school year had a hard time finding one. Seemed everyone only carries girl backpacks. Dunham's had a huge selection. Found a perfect backpack and the cashier even helped me find a coupon to get twenty percent off.

Despite the high price name brand clothing, there are sometimes really good deals on stuff. The employees are always kind and helpful. You never know what you will find here. Sometimes they have a lot in stock and others they only have a little. Overall, a great place to shop!

Marshall is your go to guy with gun and ammo questions. He was very patient and answered all our questions we had at buying a hunting rifle.

First trip there, we walked all the way to the back corner of the store just to read a sign that was posted on the display counter that informed us the counter was closed. Spoke to a CSR & he said the store was under staffed due to 2 call-ins. He apologized for not being able to assist. The very next day, I called my husband to let him know I was on my way to pick him up & asked him to call Dunham's to make sure someone would there to assist, the gentleman that he spoke with said there would be. Upon arrival we walk back to the gun counter & the same sign was posted again. We spoke with Regina & explained what had transpired the day before & us travelling 2 days in a row just to be told by a sign on the gun counter that it was closed for the 2nd day in a row. We explained to her that we wanted to make a purchase. She said she would be glad to help. She is a wonderful example of providing great customer service.

Great customer service! All questions I asked were answered by the manager Garrett and will definitely be back to purchase more! They have great deals on a lot of things and the store is super clean!

Manager was great support after gun supplies area closed. Black Friday sales on ammo was awesome. Definitely be back because of manager and his professionalism.

Love this place. Before you go, be sure to look online for coupons. In store some prices may Sen high but they have great deals on clothes, guns, bows, and amazing deals on kayaks and pfds. They also have have just about any under armour hat you could ever want. Customer service is ok, but it really seems to depend on when you go that determines if you'll get any type of service. Still, love Dunhams in Tullahoma.

Living coffee county there's not many places to go as far as getting fishing stuff hunting stuff outdoor and door stuff everything in one place prices are really reasonable and stuff is really kind and helpful we went to Murfreesboro and look through three stores there but decided that it wasn't worth the drive there definitely be staying at Dunham's

This place has been pretty good with me. From getting a great deal on a deer stands to a deal you would have been crazy to refuse on a gun safe. They have served me very well.

I gave them one star because it was the lowest rating on here. I tried to buy a pair of shoes from black Friday flyer. They had a shoe sitting on the shelf with sale price but then said that they didn't have those shoes in the store in any size. Just didnt want to sell them for that price in my opinion

Dunham's is great for any outdoor adventurer! They have good deals for the sports equipment that you're looking for. The employees are always helpful and nice.

Lotsa stuff. Just about everything you need for the outdoors. Kinda reminds me of a small town feeling Academy or Dick's. Prices are pretty fair. High on some things, low on others. If it's on sale or clearance, it seems to be at a pretty good price.
