I always have a great experience here. The staff are always so friendly and helpful. The food quality is a plus too. The price is a little high, for a fast food place, but it's better than others when it comes to the food quality and quantity.

Food was very good! Service was great and our server at the window was awesome! Very nice and friendly! The Asian salad was awesome and egg rolls too! Definitely will be back!

Food is always hot and delicious. Customer service was excellent at the drive-thru, Lakiya was very polite and very apologetic about the long wait. Cause of her excellent hospitality I made my combo a Large. I got traditional wings and things (sweet and spicy) with a Peach minutemaid.

We love Zaxby’s! Always great chicken. I tried the nibblers. Great small sandwich. Lower service rate is because it took forever to get. The front end staff were just lazy and not paying attention to what was going on. Finally the cook came out from the kitchen and bagged up the items she had been putting in the window and handed me my meal. Kudos for her!

It was a little cold in the dining room but food was done in less than 5 min. Staff was great, food was great

Awesome new menu choice the Southwest Zalad was amazing. The lettuce was fresh and there was an ample amount of other ingredients such as cheese, corn, and tomatoes. I ordered extra chicken because normally places skimp on the chicken but not this time, could've done without the extra. Drive through worker Madalyn is what it says her name is on the reciept, she was so AMAZING. Madalyn was polite, sweet and honestly makes me want to come back. Definitely somebody I'd want on my team and she probably should put in for a raise because good workers are hard to find.

The food is consistently great. The staff are helpful and just do their thing. Usually a pretty quick place to get some lunch unless it’s super crowded but there’s typically never a long wait. One of my favorites.

I love Zaxby's salads. Someone had madea mess all over the tables in there. It seemed like we weren't going to get service. A young lady came in from her break and made everything great. She even cleaned up the mess and make sure that the restaurant look presentable again. I hate that I forgot her name.

The restaurant was very clean, service was fast and the food was delicious. Differently was the best Zaxby's I have eaten at. I wish the one in my town delivered high standards like this one does!

Went inside to order take out this afternoon. The cashier had an ok personality. We received our food pretty quickly. The chicken is usually to die for but today it harfly had any batter too it and it was really dry. I was looking forward to that meal all day and it was extremely disappointing. Even though this wasn't my best experience here I will be going back to give it another chance. I look at it this way...you win some and you lose some.

Delicious food, excellent salads, friendly staff and quick service.

I live across the street from Zaxby's for 4 years and never went, my husband stopped in and got some so i didn't have to cook, i was surprised of the quality and flavor of their chicken tenders. Light and juicy tenders were a pleasant surprise as most places are all coating (KFC) and very little chicken. We will definitely be back. The line was long but it moved very quickly.

The restaurant impressed me in every way, from the clean, handsome exterior, to the friendly cashier and functional serving apparatus, to the equally pleasing dining room (which, I noticed, looked and felt quite apart from your typical fast-food environment). I got my order, quickly and correctly, and proceeded to enjoy a nice, peaceful meal in the company of a good book -- a priceless, if everyday, experience. Plus: a comfortable, well-maintained men's room. Cool :-)

My sincere thanks goes out to everybody at this Zaxby's location, for providing the scene of my outing. Keep it up!

Had a great experience at this Zaxby's. The staff was very helpful and warm and the food was delicious as always. I typically go for one of their salads with grilled chicken - you really can't beat them from a freshness and value perspective.

Best chicken around imho! As we don't have a Zaxby's in our area, we always keep an eye out as we travel.

Zaxby's has such good chicken that it should not he called fast food.There are many "nicer" restaurants out there charging a lot more for chicken that doesn't taste half as good. I always order the strips or a salad. Great service, great prices, and outstanding sauces make me want to eat at Zaxby's instead of those fancy, more expensive chains. Thanks for another great meal!
