Walmart Auto Care Centers

I decided to have Walmart install tires on my car this morning despite these poor reviews. I was very impressed with these guys and how hard they worked to process me. 2 front tires mounted , balanced, and installed in 30 minutes. Real happy with the all round experience, quality, and price ! So, why the bad reviews ??,??? After watching what goes on there I will risk offering my thoughts. All the time I was there around 9 to 10am these guys were busting their butts. They were courteous but very busy. Too busy to answer the phone ringing off the hook. From what I saw I would hire these guys any day. I will be going back !!!!! Like everything else going on today it is just like the hospitals short of qualified nurses. Who wants to mount tires when you can work at KFC for $12 hrs? These guys are OK in my book.

We stopped here for an oil change after being turned away by a competitor where we had a scheduled appointment. Very friendly Walmart employees showed us where to park, guided us inside, explained our options and how long they expected the service to take. They offered but did not pressure us on upsells. We were in and out in under 5 minutes for the drop-off, and left to do some shopping. They called us when one of our service choices was unavailable due to the year of the vehicle. Great experience, great employees.

Your service staff in the tire department are outstanding! Nice, informative, and Friendly! I called on the phone before coming into the store, I knew what I wanted coming in! The New Castle store could use a lesson from these gentlemen! Thanks for fast friendly Service! I bought 4 tires and was out in about an hour!

I have been there for my last 3 oil changes. They are always courteous and fast. I will continue to bring my car here in the future.

Super fast and wallet friendly oil change

Very helpful staff.

Process is pretty streamlined. You won't pay the cheapest price posted on a sign sitting outside unless you aren't getting synthetic, which most cars use. So expect about 50 bucks. Or 70 with a new filter added. They give you a slip and text you progress, and completion. I went early on a slow day and was in and out in 30 minutes. Friendly desk clerk

Service was pretty fast and pricing was fantastic. I will say that as a mechanic myself, they could have been a little cleaner with my rims and tires. Other then that it was a good experience.

Guys were curtious and got my daughter's car out in 30 minutes. They also use castrol, which everyone should know is a top brand. Go ahead and give one of those drive thru places twice the money.

Alright service center, they rarely answer the phone, but in person the service isn’t bad.
