Dylan is the nicest store manager I have ever had help me with my T-Mobile account, he educated me very professionally about all the promotions and helped me save a ton of money while getting my newest devices. He suggested that I activate a new line to my account to get an even better deal than if I simply upgraded!! Thank you so much Dylan, you’re a rockstar

Dylan is the best at what he does!!! I took my business to T-mobile after AT&T screwed me over multiple times and Dylan heard me and my wife talking about my business and offered me a business account and I will never go anywhere ever again. $315 for 7 lines when I was paying $770 at AT&T. I will forever be grateful for Dylan for saving me $455 a month.

Dylan did such an amazing job at saving my reptile pictures after I broke my iPhone, he helped me log into my iCloud and recovered everything for me. So many precious moments saved because of Dylan’s kindness. Thank you so much Dylan for all your hard work and effort!!

Honestly Dylan and his team are god tier when it comes to customer service and take all the hassle out of going to the phone store. If I could clone Dylan and put him in every store I could.

I went to TMobile in Hermitage. Pa. The help there was phenomenal. I never got that good of customer service with Verizon. Thank you!!

This store has the most comfortable vibe everyone is very friendly and helpful! I refuse to go anywhere but this store! The representatives are great they made my transition from one phone to the next very smooth! This is a great group of representatives ! My experience with T Mobile hasn’t been the best but when I came here they did everything i asked and more!

The staff here are amazing!! I had a huge issue with my phone and they were so patient, kind, and absolutely knowledgeable. Will and Dave took care of me and I could not be more thankful for their excellent service!

This place is the bee's knees of phone stores. Everyone there goes over and beyond to help customers. They also do their best to clearly explain billing process and coverage area. They go over the phones options find the best one suited for the individual. Awesome location with integrity.

TO BE TOTALLY HONEST, WORDS CAN'T EXPLAIN THE "FLAWLESS" SERVICE I RECEIVED AT THIS LOCATION!!! AS SOON AS I WALKED IN THE DOOR I WAS NICELY GREETED! ANDREW AND JEREMIAH, BOTH, MADE ME FEEL MORE THAN JUST A CUSTOMER, I FELT AS IF I WAS DEALING WITH PEOPLE I PERSONALLY KNEW FOR A LONG TIME!!! THEY BOTH WENT FAR AND BEYOND TO ANSWER ANY/ EVERY QUESTION I HAD AS WELL AS TOOK THE TIME TO MAKE SURE THAT I WAS SATISFIED WITH THE SERVICE, PLAN, PRODUCTS AND MORE! MY EXPERIENCES/VISITS TO THIS PERTICULAR LOCATION HAVE SO FAR BEEN PRICELESS AND I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM TO EVERYONE!!!!!!
