The lady that helped me was beyond helpful. Helped more than more places do.I was really shocked with the great service.Its rare now in days.

Great place to shop in the store. Staff is always very helpful.

Maybe a little bit more expensive than some of the other hardware stores list you paying for that customer service which is just A-One

They have the supplies without the hastle of those other stores. The help is personal.

Large stock in building materials. Good prices. They load all the materials.

By far the most disappointing location of the franchise. Very unprofessional and unorganized.
The lady at the cash counter made me wait because she had to text. The workers outside where giving the elderly forklift operator a hard time clowning and laughing at him. Never returning here again

If you order windows make sure you double and triple check they actually get placed, don’t expect ownership to make anything right if something goes wrong even after building 3 houses over the years - they are all about the bottom line and not customers .
