Rodman Campground

Amazing campground full of lovely people! Bathrooms and showers were so much cleaner than I expected from a campground. They had a single person bathroom/shower which is great for some with kids or a dog. The campsite was super clean with no trash, a fire pit and picnic table. Having my car close to the site was nice too! The lake was gorgeous and next time I will definitely bring a kayak! The campground is right next to the Florida State trail but the park itself is just a campground, no trails inside the park! Couldn't of enjoyed it more

My boyfriend and I camped here for one night in a tent and it was amazing! A lot of people were using campers or RV’s but I think any way is fine.
The staff were all incredibly nice and helpful! Everything was well maintained. The bathrooms were always clean and fully stocked. The campsites are beautiful, all of the amenities (water and electric) work and the fire pit is great. There was a man Fred who came around with wood, fantastic wood!

Loved it there because it was so quiet and peaceful. You could walk out your door and hear the birds singing and if you listen closely you can hear the water move. The fishing is excellent at the dam. In the camping areas you can even walk your dogs down to the river banks and watch the fish jump around. Great place to take your pets to. I just Loved it there so much I can't wait to go back.... 😁😁😁 They get all 5 🌟 from me.

Very nice campground! Exceptionally clean restroom/shower house, quiet and serene forested area, friendly staff, and good dump station for RVs.

Bathrooms are always the cleanest.Campground is super cool and the people were super nice that we met. I'm not sure what everybody else means.But i was there five days and had a hundred percent cell service

Nice shaded sites, off road bike and walking trails. Fishing and kayaking. Clean rest rooms. Quite park

Restrooms are always clean. The personnel are very friendly. Great getaway. Grounds are neat and kept clean.

We spent four days here. It is a very nice campground. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The restrooms and showers were very clean. The sites were mostly shaded with decent space between them. They have about ten sites along the river which looked spectacular. There are also walking trails and a boat / kayak launch.

WOW! This place sure was a great time. So many things to do. Great service, excellent rooms and overall a great experience.

Clean quiet has everything. Fishing, hiking, bike riding, or just relaxing waterfront or not.

We had a great experience here. The campgrounds area for tents is very nice and private. The walk to the bathroom is not too far and it's kept up very nice and clean. They have the cleanest bathroom that I've ever been in at a campground. If you like boating there is a nice boating ramp.

Wonderful, clean, peaceful campground. Hosts nice and helpful. Nearby dam interesting.

Hands down the best service at this campground. Staff is so nice and they keep everything so clean. This is our second time staying there and we will be back. We even had a storm roll through and they drove by each campsite to make sure everything was ok after it. Top notch service and location!

Drove in to check out this State park while in the area. Very nice park & campsites are spacious. Will be scheduling online soon for a long weekend after the 1st of the year.

State park super high quality camping 🏕 Wish someone could tell us how to make reservations for the Florida State Park System. The website SUCKS!

My stay at Rodman Campground was wonderful! I felt safe camping there alone, the staff was very friendly, sites were clean and spacious, and there are lots of trails nearby for hiking. The bathrooms were close by and clean, and it was great to have hot water in the cold temperatures. The reservoir was also beautiful and a great for birding and watching the sunset.

Really lovely, tranquil campground. I would definitely stay here again. The nature here is stunning—the tent sites are arranged in a thick forest of palms and pines and the reservoir is beautiful and the price can’t be beat. Each tent site is huge and fairly private. The bathrooms were very clean and the showers are spacious. Staff was very nice. If you’re in an RV, I would recommend getting a site in the loop with the 50s and 60s as opposed to the other loop as these are a bit more spacious and private sites. Bring your own wood!

We stayed at site 64 on the canal side. It was so quiet & peaceful. You can walk up the berm to get to the bathroom on the other side but it's only a rustic path, no steps. There is an electric box on this site but it doesn't hum. We kayaked the lake & the river by the Dam, which is right down the street. We saw a bald eagle, alligators & many deer. The staff were very friendly & the bathrooms were very clean with the hottest water at any state park. We'll be back!!!
