Always a great experience here!!! Super friendly team. They are always willing to give suggestions and are truly engaged with each customer. The beverage options are endless. Love that I wanted to get an item that was only seasonal but my broista said they could still make it minus the sprinkles on top. She told me they always have the ingredients and how to order it. They are my after work treat for my drive home and they never ever disappoint!!

Was our first time at Dutch bros and not really sure what to order. The girl taking our order helped us out since the menu kind of confused me and then said drinks were on her!! How sweet, I didn’t catch her name but she had glasses and a yellow bow tie and her hair in a ponytail❤ we attempted to tip the staff whatever the cost our drinks were but they didn’t let us! I come from customer service and small things like this make peoples day and sure did put a smile on mine and my husbands face. If we’re ever in town again we will forsure make a stop at this location.

Dutch Bros, very professional. Go there every other day. I like it. They very friendly. They keep your order, correct? The lady named Sophia. She's a rock star. She's very good at her job. She coming to work like she love it. Thank you for your service. Big shout out to dutch bros on alabama.

Navigating the parking lot when other customers are going the wrong way or block in your vehicle is definitely a challenge but the drinks are so good it doesn't matter. Haven't been to Starbucks since they built this place. Let's hope they treat their employees better than the competition.

Arrived at 7 a.m. on a tuesday. Was not a long line. Employees here are nice. They will walk up to your car window to order and are helpful when it came to not knowing what to order. If you need a receipt, you should ask for it as they do not give you one.

Whenever I'm working in Redlands I stop by here, the morning crew are awesome. Drinks are consistent, staff is friendly, the wait is usually proportional to the amount of cars in the drive thru. I recommend this location to everyone I know that goes thru the Redlands area.

The service has amazing and the person who took our order was very nice and gave my 2 year old daughter a free smoothie

While the line was a bit long it is to be expected because this particular location opened just 6 weeks ago. I feel like they need a chance to really get into the groove of things. It was my family’s first time visiting a Dutch bros the girl who took my order in the drive thru did her best to answer the few questions we had.

When I arrived at the window I waited for a one of my drinks to be finished and the team member KEVIN was extremely pleasant, friendly and personable. He also answered a few questions we had in general for the next visit with no problem. Looking inside it seems like all of the team members are friendly and quick.

Will return again!

Aside from a super long drive thru line most of the day, if you come at the right time it's pretty quick. Today the line was long as usual so I walked up to order and got my Double Torture iced drink in just a few minutes. Always gives me a good boost of caffeine when I need it.

The staff at this location is absolutely delightful! Even though the lines can get pretty long, they always manage to keep things moving with a smile on their faces. The coffee flavors... simply scrumptious! Sure, there have been a couple of mix-ups with the flavors (hazelnut vs banana, anyone?), but overall experience has been wonderful. We're definitely going to keep coming back to this location for their amazing service and delicious coffee! And bring your pooches for pup cups!

Today I had your coffee for the first time! Your afternoon manager(Didn’t get her name) was knowledgeable of all drinks and made some recommendations based on what we would liked. She was well trained , personable and very professional!She was spot on because the drinks were amazing!

First time there , not much of a wait , nice girl recommended the vanilla and caramel freeze , very good and the crème and caramel on the top was way better than Starbucks

Better than starbucks!!! I love Dutch Bros. I come to Redlands location often, my favorite drinks right now are the White Zombie Breve & White Angel Breve. All employees are always nice & friendly. Thank you Mikey, Savannah, Casey & Giselle and all other employees.😁 FYI go between 12pm-1:30pm to avoid the long lines 😉 and you will be in and out quick!

Got iced teas . These iced teas are the bomb . My favorites are tropical and Rainbro.

Really love this new location closer to home then making the drive to Rialto ,the drinks are delicious I’m always greeted with a smile especially from a friendly barista named Lady , red hair with glasses , she’s such a warm individual I don’t feel like the conversation are forced or awkward like other Dutch bros , it’s always relatable, thank you guys for make my rainy day a bit shinny !

Drinks were great 🙂 Parking was mid. You can't park there.

Customer service was amazing! It was our first time here and did not know what to order and Alonzo was super helpful in describing the drinks and helping us choose based on what we like. The drinks turned out so good! 10 out of 10

I had an excellent Barista, her name is Lady Hobbs. Great customer service and she really took her time explaining the menu too me and on top of thst she answered all my questions and was patient with me. 10/10 experience and I'll definitely be coming back again!!!

Love this place! Esme is so sweet, I love coming here and seeing her! She makes the whole place vibe so well! 💗🤭
