The very best "connect me to the thing" experience I've ever had! Staff at the New Richmond Hub was very helpful, friendly and fun. And OMG. . .the store itself was super clean. I have not had one single issue with Wi-Fi. . . I love love LOVE it! Highly recommend! Thanks again, Daryl. 🙂

Johnathan was awesome! Came in to ask a question about more Hotspot on my phone for this trip I am on. Camping... We kicked it around and he suggested I go to home internet. It can be Mobil. He set me up! No problem for Xboxing and streaming. Working fine! Dumping Spectrum when I get back to the house!

By far, the better corporate T-Mobile store on the east end of the metro. As with any phone store, don't walk in and expect to be helped without having to wait for a bit.

This store is the only T-Mobile store that can output the highest quality customer service, while maintaining elegance and structure.

I've been in here one other time aside from the time I'm rating my experience on..
The first time I came in the girl that helped was wonderful and I wish I knew her name so I couple personally credit her for her kindness. The second time I came in and more than likely the last a few weeks ago the girl that helped me was BEYOND rude. If you hate your job then maybe quit. Because I came in 30 minutes to close with some questions she was short and crabby. IDC if you're working in customer service then man up and deal with it. I wasn't looking to get a new phone and needing any sort of activation which is what she thought I was wanting and that's why she had an attitude. IDK it left me with a bad taste and currently my phone is broken and I need a new phone but I'm going to just wait until I go to the cities tomorrow so that I don't have to go to the NR locations sadly.....
too bad one person has to ruin it for everyone based on this review.
