Shout out to the Friday night/afternoon crew! My family and I usually end the week with Taco Bell Friday and everyone at this location is always very patient and so nice when we place a pretty large order! We love coming here to end the work week and this location is definitely top notch with our custom app orders and does a really great job!!! Thanks guys you're the best!

I've worked food service before, and I have to say I'm IMPRESSED with this taco bell, I watched car after car roll threw placing multiple orders in each car tonight, they cranked out each order fast and with awesome service!
To the manager, alissa, and echo thank you for being amazing every time I stop in. And to the crew that was working tonight you did absolutely awesome!

I went through the drive thru so there wasn't much inside contact but the people working the drive thru were very polite and courteous. Had kind of a big order and they were patient with the time that I was taking to order and make sure that everyone was getting what they wanted. When I got up to the window most of the food was already there and waiting. It was maybe a minute and a half and the rest was there too. They had gotten the order correct and that was a nice finish on the visit.

The gentleman at the drive through window was very polite tonight. Thank you. You don't see that too often

Great service! Lobby was super clean! Shout out to Tony! For giving my dauther a free slushy,he could tell she wasn't feeling the best and. Brought one to the table for her! It made her whole day!

My local Taco Bell has always been good to us. The food is what we order and the price is good.
I like using the app to order so the food is ready when I arrive and I don't have to wait in the long drive thru line. We have been eating here 2 times a week on average for years!

The atmosphere was bright and welcoming.. Sodas were cold and food was warm and cooked very well. The crew did a great Job. (Former shopper for TB).

Two guys in drive Gavin and Aaron seem like genuinely nice guys. They asked how my day was and I asked about theirs Gavin stated he can’t complain. He’s got a great job with great people to work with. I asked him his name and he said if you’re going to fill out a review, it’s honestly a great group not just me. Normally you don’t get those kind of pleasantries at a fast food but I will say it’s much appreciated thank you Taco Bell group keep up on your positive attitude it really does good for all of us!

The absolute best Taco Bell I have ever been to. Everyone knows what to expect buying fast food, but my experience here was actually impressive. The care in putting my order together was obvious and made all the difference. Ownership and management should be proud!!!

We have never had a bad experience at this taco bell!! Gavin L was very nice and had a great attitude even though we came 10 minutes before close. Got about 10 items and all were correct and nothing was missing.

Amari was a rockstar! We are from DC and were here for a family wedding and they were super accommodating. Food was prime Taco Bell quality too. Would highly recommend!

This Taco Bell I haven't visited a ton in the past few years but the employees no matter if the faces are new or not are always friendly. The town knows it too because they line up around meal times and the employees are efficient at getting them 🌮 and back to their respected lives. And what life isn't made better by tacos.

Absolutely wonderful service. I ordered off the app in their driveway, got an apology 3 minutes later when I walked in the door, and they hadn't started my order yet.

Never had issues. Place is the best and if you go there around 10:00 p.m you will have the best time of your life

when we order, my partner like the spicy ranch on their fiesta potatoes instead of the sour cream and the person who took our order also asked very nicely if my partner would like the ranch on their chalupa. very thoughtful

service was shockingly quick. couldn't have been in the drive-thru for a total of 5 minutes. but this worried me, because usually if they're that fast, they don't care and just want you gone. i was wrong

a whole neat stack of napkins on the top. an extra straw for us. order was 100% correct. nicely packaged. food was made and wrapped neatly. in fact, whoever was working drew cute smileys on our wrappers next to the written labels (regular and +spicy ranch for my partner). made us both smile :-]

Always good vibes in this taco bell. Workers are really nice and make everything go smooth and stay positive. I ended up going to a different taco bell the other day, it truly made me appreciate how good this taco bell really is. This is the best place for fast food in new richmond

Morning crew has it going on; each layer was nice and hot, under a minute. Had the naked and loaded breakfast 🌮's with the strawberry Poppin candy freeze. As a certified chef I am very impressed, stepping up the fast food game and straight up killed it. Also it was my first time have Taco Bell's breakfast so thank you for the happy and full belly and keep it up.💯

We had excellent customer service at the drive thru today, which is really saying something. My receipt said "Billie Jo," but it seemed to be a tall, young-ish guy. Many kudos to him!!

Food was pretty good. I making this review because the older lady at the register needs more guidance. She seems near clueless on the pos and has asked for help twice since me being here (15 minutes). This isn’t a jab at her she just requires more training. Maybe she’s new?

Hadn't been to Taco Bell for awhile. But everything went exactly as expected. Enjoyed it very much.
