I had the pleasure of purchasing a men's beach bicycle from Adam Carlson (owner) of Bay Pawn & Jewelry. It was advertised on Facebook Market. The pictures of the bike were clear and the description was highly accurate. Adam, and his staff, were helpful - especially since I was more than an hour's drive away.

When I arrived at the store, Adam allowed me to take a test spin on the bike. He then helped me get the front wheel off so that the bike would fit in my vehicle. He also gave me a bonus cup holder for the handlebars in recognition of the distance I drove to do business with him. It was an awesome experience!

Staff was really polite and knowledgeable. Great experience selling firearms with them. If your looking for trustworthy, fair pricing these are your guys

This is such a amazing pawnshop the guys are not greedy like other pawn shops they actually have hearts and care about the people that come into their shop weather you are there to buy items or fell into hard times they are there to help I have never been to a pawn shop that actually cared about people everyone I have ever been to was only in it for their own benefit my husband and I were in their the other day and In a huge bind and they helped us In every way possible they actually cared and went above and beyond to help us this really is the absolute best pawnshop in Horry county so if you are looking to pawn or buy something these are your guys Bay Pawn is #1 🥇🥇🥇🥇🥇🏆🏆🏆🏆🏆😊😊😊😊😊

Just a heads up, i visited this store this weekend and really had a great experience! I had a few item that was no longer needed so I went there to sell them. There were two guys that greeted me as soon as stepped in, helped me unload the items from my truck and they were very kind and in a great mood. It made it very easy to communicate with them and not feel uncomfortable. We went back and forth on value a bit, but in the end agreed on a very respectable cash offer. I recommend stopping in there to sell, buy or just look around. They have stuff for the moderate and up to the real stinking rich. I highly recommend Bay Pawn and Jewelry!!! First of all, these gentlemen are the TRUTH! Had an amazing experience and I drove all the way from Aberdeen, North Carolina to buy a chain. Clear and concise communications and they didn't miss a beat. Not only are they professional, they have a pretty good selection of jewelry, firearms and tools. They went above and beyond to make calls to get my charm fixed. They didn't have to do that but they did. A++++. I will recommend this shop to everyone. Veteran friendly as well.

After visiting Bay Pawn several times mostly to look at their guns, The owners were always welcoming and willing to take the time to talk about which guns I was looking for. They have a good selection of new and used guns to choose from. I visited the store several times before deciding on my first purchase. Adam allowed me all the time I needed while making my decision. I visited Bay Pawn again just before Christmas and I told Adam I was looking for a hard to find pistol and I had visited every gun store in the Myrtle Beach and surrounding area multiple times over the past few months. Adam suggested a web site where he knew I would be able to find exactly what I was looking for. He said I could purchase the gun and have it shipped to their store, as you know the gun purchase has to go through an FFL seller. Bay Pawn only charged a small fee of $10.00 to broker this purchase. Hardly worth their time but their customer service and satisfaction was evident. I would highly recommend Bay Pawn to anyone looking for good people to do business with. Thank you Adam and Dave! I really appreciate your commitment to your customers.

Super easy guys to work with. Needed a loan in a pinch and they were more than happy to help me out. Only pawnshop in the area that would loan me on my scooter. Even helped me out with the interest payment. Adam and Dave are great guys highly recommend.
