I've been through this location's drive-thru 4 times, and each time my order is flawless. I never get incorrect items and the food is delicious. The staff here are friendly and orders are fulfilled quickly.

I ordered food for lunch on the mobile app and went and picked it up. The app was glitching that day and so I had to add to my order once I got to the restaurant. The person who took my order wad very nice and understanding and allowed me to use another deal coupon on my 2nd order as well. Food was hot and only had to wait about 2 mins.

Drive thru is quick! Food is good when it's fixed right. Employees are friendly and always smiling.

Fries were hot and fresh and the apple was everything I needed 🙌 at that time and I will definitely return if I'm on another road trip.

So there I was 9:55 speeding towards anywhere that had a hamburger, the icon of American summer, freedom, and the very thing I missed the most while on tour in Iraq. McDonald's is a little far of a ride but this location was totally worth it. I tried to stop at a closer place, Dairy Queen. When I pulled in and walked up to the door, the manager, instead of smiling, or so much as an acknowledgement to my presence locked the door, after glaring at me dubiously. But that wasn't what I really wanted anyway, so it was a small secret victory for me. I was craving McDonald's burgers, and this location was open to serve and just a little more out of the way. My first visit here was worth it. Professional, courteous, and pleasant staff at the late night drive through. I thoroughly enjoyed the speed at which my order of 15 burgers was ready, as this location was busy, but it was still super quick and efficient. I had my family at home waiting on me. I loved this location and ill gladly take the ride out there over any closer establishment any day. My order was perfect, of course I had to eat the hot fries on my way back home, childhood memories. :) Smiles all around. A final small victory for the day... 20 minutes drive made well worth it.

Food was good and staff was friendly. The wait was longer than usual but still under 10 minutes..

Best service, cleanliness, and food of any McDonald's I have seen in a long time. Bravo Zulu!

Food was good, I cut some of the things that come on what I ordered and I got what I wanted. Food was hot.

It was a very busy rainy lunch shift and I think considering that, the staff did great! Everything was correct except they forgot the straw. The food was warm and the kids loved their happy meals. They also gave us 2 Fries each for the kids meals, they didn't complain!

The person taking our order always is rude and cuts me off,should be trained better or go home!!

A rebuilt McDonald's building that open back up around four or five months after Hurricane Harvey... So the building is pretty nice the service is pretty good. Easy access off of I-10 Westbound I-10 eastbound you have to take the Vidor exit and get in the you turn lane and then cross all the way over all three lanes fairly quickly to turn right into the McDonald's parking lot.

Prompt, friendly staff and delicious 😋 food. Love the little double Cheeseburgers 🍔

This McDonald's is very quick, with very few issues with orders. Food is always fresh (in my opinion)

The bagel is back and the WORLD is happy !!!

Great french fries and Caramel Moolatahs,(excuse any misspelled words please)- fresh even late @night when ready to close they had that fryer still hot when we drove up,my husband was worried that like any fast food joint they would complain its closing time, but they didn't, they all jumped in helping to fill out order and for taking a few Xtra minutes threw in our bag 2 hot apple pies,we had not even expected!!! Very friendly folks... recommend to anyone looking for a bite to eat & a friendly face without having your head bitten off.... Lol.

Food was good. The worker thought I had left part of my order and came looking for me outside even though they were busy.

Kind of amazed to see the healthy choices for breakfast now especially the egg white sandwich. McDonald's has always had great coffee. Is a good place on the road to stop to get a consistent semi healthy meal and a cup of coffee

The Five Stars are for the ONLY TWO people who were working tonight! I do not know their names but bless them! Y'all better pay them TIME AND A HALF FOR TONIGHT!!!

This is my favorite mcdonalds. The staff is always friendly never rude like almost all other mcdonalds in Beaumont. Food is always fresh and hot.

Love the place. Management is always ahead of the game when it comes to customer satisfaction. I tend to go to this one instead of the ones in beaumont because of how clean it always is. Keep up the good work
