I try to be sparing on my stars, but I was blown away tonight. The steak was great, cooked perfect. The atmosphere is wonderful. The service was over the top. Friday night they have live jazz.

Earl greeted us at the door. Great start. Mary Claire was our server. She did a great job.

I highly recommend you give them a try.

My wife brought me here for my 31st birthday. We came today for the 20oz Prime Rib. Along with the Prime Rib, I ordered the Creamed Corn, a sweet tea, and a Smoky Old Fashioned. My wife ordered the CB&T Chicken along with a sweet tea. After just a few bites, I could safely say that I was eating the best Prime Rib I’ve ever experienced. So unbelievably packed with flavor, the meat was perfectly tender while the fat just melted in my mouth. After trying out each part of my meal and enjoying the most delicious Old Fashioned, I could only describe to my wife and our waitress (Allison) that this would be what I call a “Last Meal”. It was the best I have eaten in a very long time. The service was fantastic. Our waitress was so so so friendly and helpful. We planned our next visit before we even left the table. Thank you chefs for an amazing meal and thank you Allison for the fantastic service. I’m looking forward to our next visit!

What a gem! Picked this place because it was close to our Airbnb and had high reviews and pictures of food looked good. I did not read any reviews. I definitely felt under-dressed in my tennis skirt and tank, it's an upscale restaurant.
Anyway, this place was incredible. The staff...superb. Hard to find these days but every single person was wonderful. Pearl and the gentleman at the hostess desk, our server Jeremy, the phenomenal jazz singer Luke...wow. Incredible. My biggest complaint living in Nashville and hearing live music at restaurants is that you cannot have a conversation. The music is far too loud. Luke was perfect. He sang all the great jazz tunes in the background and I could have a conversation with my friend easily.
The restaurant itself is gorgeous. I love the bars, chandelier, brick walls...just beautiful. Then we get to the food. Phenomenal! From our unique garden salad to the beautifully presented scallops to the incredibly tender smoked filet and roasted brussels. Man, again, what a gem of a restaurant. Came the night before camp pickup and will be back again next year before camp as well! Well done, Mr or Mrs restaurant owner!

I cannot say enough wonderful things about our dining experience here. It was an experience. I’ll preface this by saying my husband made our reservation a week later than we showed up there, but they still found room for us on Mother’s Day weekend. Every single item we ordered was wonderful. We had grilled bacon for the appetizer. We had a filet and a ribeye, lobster tail and some kind of filet topper that included crab. I can’t remember exactly because we had amazing cocktails! The atmosphere and decor took us on a trip back to the roaring twenties. The food was so wonderful that I don’t have the words to describe it. Steak so tender you could cut it with your fork. The flavor from the wood fire was outstanding and this wouldn’t even be a review if I didn’t talk about the shareable sides. We had Brussel sprouts and truffle mac n cheese. What an incredible dining experience! My server was excellent! From the time we entered until the time we left we were pampered and petted and it was fabulous! Honestly I was too busy savoring my meal to get many pictures!

Celebrated our anniversary and it was an unforgettable experience. The service was outstanding from all staff members. Thanks to our server MaryClaire for taking care of us!

The steak was perfectly cooked, the oysters were fresh and flavorful, and the sides were simply unbelievable. Every aspect of the meal exceeded our expectations, making it a truly special occasion. Highly recommended!

Excellent steakhouse that you would not expect to find off Main Street in a small town of around 5,000 people. Steaks are cooked to perfect and appetizers and sides are sized to share with the table. Restaurant is located in a former bank and they have preserved some of its features which add to the ambiance.

Great upscale restaurant a must go if your in the area. You won't regret it. The food choices and the flavors OMG. One of the best places I've been.

If you want a fabulous fun atmosphere this is it!!! This is a must go to spot! The building is awesome and they’ve done a great job keeping the integrity of its originality. We were seated upstairs and had a lively outstanding server. It was during the holidays when we dined here and the decorations were tastefully done. The bathroom was immaculate. Excellent wine list and variety on menu was good too. The old bank buildings vault is now the wine cooler. Very cool to walk through. The kitchen did a fantastic job syncing with our server and vice verse. I look forward to returning!!!

This is a great place to go on a date night. There is seating upstairs and floor level. For larger crowds upstairs is recommended. there is also more intimate seating downstairs for couples out on a date.

The waiting staff is top-notch, very knowledgeable on the menu/specials.

Steak is the way to go. Tomahawk steal was amazing. It's carved at the table, and it's a shareable size.

I just had birthday at community and it was amazing. The best service and food. Better that J. Alexander and Ruth Chris Steakhouse.

We came to Cornelia for the first time for a quick weekend vacation. We found this restaurant on Google and it definitely did not disappoint. Reservations are recommended but we were able to walk in and sit at the bar with the delightful Megan. She was very knowledgeable about the bar and the menu. The wine did not disappoint not did our dinner. I had the lobster bisque and my husband had the bacon for appetizers. We both had surf and turf for dinner with the mushrooms and truffle macaroni to share. It was an amazing dinner experience. Highly recommend!

Great hidden gem!!! The Dry age strip was great but remember with dry age comes a stronger richer flavor. The creamed spinach and wild sautéed mushrooms were also excellent. The smoked old fashion is also highly recommended. We finished it off with the crème brûlée and house coffee which is sourced from a local roaster. The attention to detail is evident from the min you walk in. Get a reservation you will not be disappointed.

The food was excellent! Dawn did a fabulous job keeping our glasses full and making sure we had a great experience. Her recommendations were spot on.

This place was wonderful! Great romantic atmosphere. I got the Hanger steak and it was so good!! Very flavorful! Also the artichoke dip was amazing!!! A must have if you are planning to go! Our waitress, Kaitlyn, was amazing as well! She really new the menu well and could tell us everything we needed to know.

Wow! Food was DELICIOUS! We ordered the cajun bbq shrimp (my husband was super impressed with the complexity of the flavors), wagyu carpaccio (normally not a fan of raw steak but this was SUPERB), 2 rib eyes and a side of Mac n cheese and mashed potatoes to share. Everything was DELICIOUS and way more than we could eat. Our appetizers were so fantastic, we both agreed that next time, we would be happy to just order 2 plates of appetizers each!! Our ribeye steaks were cooked just the way we asked—to the T! They were beautifully charred on the outside and juicy and tender on the inside and seasoned perfectly. LOVED the vibe, the food and the service. From the moment we walked through the door to the moment we stepped out, the staff made us feel so welcome and we had a wonderful time.

My reservation was for 6:45 pm and I was sat right away. The host at the front was very kind and welcoming. Our waiter Cody was very professional and attentive. I had the filet and lobster, and both were cooked to perfection. My wife had the NY strip which was also perfect. We got sides that are large enough portions to share, so we chose Mac n cheese, asparagus, and mashed potatoes. Everything came out promptly and was very delicious. It’s refreshing to have such a nice place to eat at in our area. Highly recommend to everyone.

Emailed inquiring about a reservation for the chef's table overlooking the chef's line. Ray reached out, promptly, asking if we had a celebration. I let him know we were celebrating my son finishing elementary school and that he's always had a love for cooking, so seeing it firsthand would be a wonderful experience. Ray, Chef Jason, Allison, Earl and the entire staff we interacted with went ABOVE AND BEYOND to make this a night we'll never forget. We were in awe, throughout the evening. The food and drinks are always top notch (including my son's delicious mocktail), but the service and extra "magic" added to our evening, you can't put a price on that. Thank you, CB&T, for one to remember!!!

10/10!!! We woke up the next morning still talking about how amazing the food was! We travel ALOT doing animal rescue transport. This was the best food and service we have ever had. Dawn was our servicer/bartender and she was so nice and sweet. She made us feel like we had been coming there for years and not just some strangers who happened upon the place.

Drove from Buford 45 minutes away to have dinner. It was worth it. The restaurant itself is beautiful with all the history and impeccably refurbished.. Christy was our server she was professional, timely and not intrusive. She also had great knowledge of the menu, drinks, and wine. We all had different menu items steaks were all great cooked perfectly. We had a bunch of sides, the cream, corn, Brussel sprouts, bacon, sweet potatoes, all great. The drinks were wonderful. I think I had the imperial. The bread was really good as well. We will definitely be coming back. Thanks Management, kitchen staff, hostesses, and Server assistance for doing such a great job! It’s hard to find a great restaurant running on all cylinders.

Thank you for making my graduation dinner special. You accommodated my party of nine, including making it easy for my 91 year-old Mother. The servers and food were first-class. Perfect place for your special event!
