McDonald's

Haven't been to McDonald's in a couple of years and used the drive-through on a Saturday. The line was long but moved along quickly. The exterior of the building and the parking lot were clean. The workers were polite, and I was pleasantly surprised with the short amount of time I was in line. The food was hot and as expected. Thank you for a great experience!

Stopped at the drive-thru to pick up dinner. The service at the location on Highway 10 is pretty good, much better than the service at the Plover location.

The worker Evolet preformed open heart surgery when my heart gave out from eating 3 big macs. Best McDonald's worker I have ever met. Saved my life. 5/5.

Clean , I was able to have a quiet quick breakfast lol. I usually go through the drive thru but this time I decided to go in.

Classic mcdonalds and they follow order instructions and are nice and friendly. What more can you ask for from a fast food place. One of the better mcdonalds in town, its worth the extra few minutes to go here when picking between them. Staff selection is amazing, reminds me of a starbucks with how great they are at making a quick connection with customers while doing their jobs.

My favorite one around. Always fresh side mac sauce. There is a stephanie who is a lead of somesort. She is always amazing when i come in, double checking orders making sure i have my mac sauce and stuff. I dont eat McDonald's often but when i do... this location only! ...oh and thanks for bringing back the orange hi c

Worked at a McDonald's in the 1970's. I'd have been fired for performing the way our service was. Go Culver's. Their food and service is what "fast food" used to be! My double hamburger was a stretch for them to make. "Whhaat"

Always great food made and wonderful customer service.

The new adult Happy meals....I have a tweener son who so wanted to collect all 4 of the new toys. As the bags aren't numbered and not see through, they went above and beyond to feel out the bags to try to get the 4 different toys for our meals. They nailed it, and as annoying as I'm sure I was, everyone was very polite! Thank you for going above and beyond today!

5 stars because the coffee is 💣. Haven't had McDonald's "food" for 19 years.... Ok except fries but that's because McDonald's fries are also 💣 when they're fresh and hot. That is all.

Ate here many times with family and friends. Worked here too. I’ve loved McDonald’s for years now!

My chicken tasted old but it's $1.50 chicken sandwich so you can't really say much about it.

Stopped by for lunch on a Friday. Had the 2 for $5.00 special and ordered the fish sandwich. Had a large fry and small soda too. Not my favorite fish sandwich but ok. It was very busy while I was there and considering that the service I received was above average.

Decided to eat here and I've got to say it was the best Mcdonalds FRESH food we've had in a really long long time .... Very happy and hope others can continue to always have fresh when order through drive thru...

My son and I were in a hurry of our own fault. The wait felt very long but only because of our order, they were very professional and courteous through our impatient behavior. I want to say thank you to the staff for their professional service.

I ordered 5 sausage biscuits and a small fry. They said they had two biscuits ready but would have to make 3 more. It would be a 5 minute wait. Was that ok? I said yes no problem. When the guy brought out my order I asked him if I could get 1 more small fry. Where could I pay for it? He said no worries, for your wait we will give you the extra small fry. They did that little extra and that is why they get 5 stars from me. That kind of Customer Service is very rare these days!

My wife ordered a sausage biscuit, they got it wrong, and the old guy at that took her order tried multiple times to tell her that was indeed what she had ordered and that she ordered by value number (she did not order a meal) aaaaaand when he finally said "I'll take it back", he ripped it out of her hands.
Nope.
The manager stepped in and corrected the error immediately without question and a coupon for next time. Because of that manager we will be back.

Typical McDonald's. Very busy. Very nice personnel though. Better than any other I've been in. Clean, including the rest rooms, lots of sitting room. I will be back. It's one of our favorite fast food places.

Best mcdonalds in plover! Great service hot fresh and quick. Kid with long hair and a lisp when speaking... amazing, friendly customer service.
