Vitality Wellness Center

The staff and facility were great. I booked my very first float here and was escorted to a private room with a shower. One improvement I would request and might already be available, is the ability to turn down the music. You can turn it off or on but it felt too loud when it was on for me personally, even with the provided ear plugs.

The following information pertains to my experience floating and is in no way a reflection of the business but might be helpful for other first time floaters:

I booked an hour session as I'd heard from others it can take nearly 30 min to fully adjust to the buoyancy and environment. Unfortunately, barely 20 min in I started to feel "off". This "off" feeling progressed into what I would describe as motion sickness which was confusing because nothing was moving. Apparently this is fairly common for first time floaters for various reasons according to Dr. Google, but wasn't something I came across when I was looking into floating for the first time. I will say I am sensitive to motion sickness so this may not apply to most floaters. I am glad I tried it but I personally would not float again. Don't let this discourage you, just be informed so you can plan accordingly. This location offers many other modalities that I'd like to try and I look forward to coming back.

The staff and facility is top notch! Highly recommend Vitality to all. As a medical professional the staff is not only professional they are the upmost knowledgeable and always willing to share any information to maximize your sessions and healing properties.

Love this place! Staff is super friendly and knowledgeable. The whole facility is top of the line, beautiful, and very clean. I enjoyed the hyperbaric treatments it takes a little bit to get used to it but the benefits are so many.

My boyfriend came to visit and we decided to try something new we both haven’t done: salt room and float tank! We were immediately greeted with kindness and hospitality. We enjoyed hanging out in the salt room together. While we waited on each other to float, we were able to explore other offerings at this facility. I’m actually writing this post while trying leg compression.. Vitality wellness center has so many offerings under one roof! I definitely see myself returning with, and without, the boyfriend for relaxation and rejuvenation.

Second update: finally got to try out the hyperbaric oxygen tank. Anticipating to be a frequent guest. Staff was friendly and knowledgable.

UPDATE: Someone reached out to me to correct it. He refunded me and gave me some credit on my account, but I’m not looking for freebies. I just really like attentive management. Will let y’all know how I like the service and experience when I go.

I’m giving this 2 star for now. I paid for it online yesterday and booked it for today at 1. No one is here, I rang the door bell twice, called and texted and no one answered.

However, It is Memorial Day, I will consider that, but consumers shouldn’t be able to book an appointment for today if the provider choose not to be here. There is a way to configure it on their calendar so no one can book this particular day.

I will update this review when someone actually get back to me and after service.

If they don’t get back to me, I’ll update this review to a 1 star and will have to dispute this charge from my account.

We’re not getting on the right foot here.

Vitality is an awesome place. They treat you with respect and allow you to really explore all their offerings. The staff is knowledgeable and passionate and extremely helpful. The memberships here are affordable and really understand what brings people in. I get unlimited cryotherapy AND additional services. The value is unreal.

If you are interested in maximizing your wellness, you have to stop in for a tour.

Feeling great after my first visit, I went in very sore ! Looking forward to better recovery with vitality in the future. The founders seem to have great pride in their product and are quick to offer advice- highly recommend!

I recently visited Vitality Wellness Center for some much-needed rejuvenation and I was blown away by my experience. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, making me feel right at home from the moment I walked in. The rejuvenation services they offer were top-notch and exactly what I needed to refresh and recharge. I was especially impressed by the attention to detail and the personalized approach they took to ensuring my experience was tailored to my specific needs. Absolutely insane - I had little to no knowledge of the methods of recovery that I should be incorporating in my fitness lifestyle. Not only did Ciaran provide me with just a basic tour of the facility, but he provided me with a high level educational experience for everything that Vitality has to offer. I left feeling determined to prioritize more recovery within my overall fitness journey - and it will all be done at Vitality. Well done!!

The ultimate biohacking and recovery studio! From the moment I stepped through the door, I was greeted by a team of knowledgeable and friendly staff who truly cared about my well-being. The state-of-the-art facilities and cutting-edge technologies they offered blew me away. 10/10 recommend trying this out.

Great place! I was looking for someplace with a float tank and they popped up in my search. I got lucky and found them before they were even officially opened and they are really close to where I live which is just a bonus. They have so many amazing modalities available and the staff is really friendly and well-informed. I was so happy to learn that they have a red light bed, an infrared sauna, Cryotherapy, salt room and so much more! You can even get an IV drip while you're there. Go check this place out!

Really enjoy this wellness center exploring new activities for health care. Great learning experience and feel as though I am participating in wellness activities that benefit my overall experiences. Really enjoy the -100 degree cryotherapy room and the PEMF. There are still a few modalities I am looking forward to. The most impressive benefits of this place are the people. Everyone, Is incredibly kind, patient and supportive. I certainly recommend giving this place a try, you most likely will get hooked.

This is the health center I have been dreaming of! Every modality I wanted plus a few that I had never heard of. The staff are very kind and the mobile app makes booking very convenient. The unlimited membership offers ridiculous value at $10 per modality.

Everything is new and clean. The location is odd but if this were on central ave all the prices would be doubled to pay rent so I get it.

Vitality has a great vibe! I love all of the "feel good" options available at this location. Everyone there is as enthusiastic about my wellness and recovery as I am! Vitality wellness is an incredible place to indulge in your best health. There are so many modalities to enjoy and benefit from. I had been wanting to experience a float for some time now and finally got the chance at Vitality Wellness. It was wonderful and a much needed opportunity to de-stress. Vitality Wellness is super clean and well maintained. I'll definitely be back to enjoy the various wellness modalities they offer. Thinking of taking time for self-care? This is the place.

My fiancé and I truly enjoyed every bit of our experience at Vitality Wellness Center. Jamie was extremely kind to us as new customers as well as to his employees as we heard him patiently problem solve/ train a staff member. It was our first time using the float tank. As athletes, there was a noticeable improvement in muscle recovery after just one use, as well as a wonderful zen experience. We were pleasantly surprised to be invited to the free anti-inflammatory self- mastery class. The class was very informative and Jamie was sure to take the time to answer all questions at the end. We were most of all impressed with Jamie’s genuine spirit. We live in Coloroado can’t wait to visit again this summer. Vitality Wellness Center will be on our to-do list each time we vacation in Tampa!
