Jimmy John's

Updating my note - cant speak to the food since I didn't get it but, mistakes happen. The owner as since righted the situation. Staff and owner were very friendly and were from the start, just a bit of a miscommunication on both our ends, but with a few conversations everything sorted out!

People were nice, owner has terrible customer service policies. I ordered as drive thru sandwich and got the wrong order. Mistakes happen. Called and asked for a refund but they wouldn't give me a refund unless i brought it back because I technically got a sandwich. There goes $10...

I go to Jimmy John's a LOT! It could probably count as one of my food groups at this point. Their veggie sandwich is the best and their bread is amazing!
On top of that, the staff that work there are great. I order takeout through the app at least once every couple of weeks (usually a lot more) and they've never gotten my order wrong. Ryan is usually the staff member working the drive-thru when I come to pick up my order and he's always pleasant. I like to get half-sweet, half-unsweet tea, but this is not available via the app, so if I want it, I have to ask staff to change my sweet tea to half and half, which they do without gripe. However, I got tired of asking a while ago because sometimes I feel awkward doing so, but Ryan always remembers me and asks if I'd like to make that a half and half even if I haven't been for a month! I know working at a fast casual restaurant is probably tough work, but the staff here are rocking it!

This was our first time at a Jimmy John’s and we would definitely go back. This location was clean and service was quick! Food was good, and a great price for what we received!

I want the young woman with blonde frosted hair tested for performance enhancing drugs. She makes sandwiches faster than a 1950's housewife.

5/5 food and service as always. Nice atmosphere and great employees. Take orders great and take great care in their sandwich craft. Well worth our 40 min drive to there lol

Jimmy John's is where we go for an Unwich (a sandwich without the bread) your ingredients are wrapped in lettuce leaves instead of bread. You can buy any sandwich with bread as an Unwich. But you can also buy a traditional sub sandwich with bread. For Active Duty and retirees ask if they offer a military discount, as some of the stores do offer a discount. The cashiers and sandwich makers are super friendly. The sandwiches at Jimmy John's are yummy!

I would like to thank everyone at the Cocoa Beach location for their great service on a very large pick up order I placed Fri, 8-4-23. This was for a business meeting. Sean was very helpful when I had to call last minute and add more to the online order. Sean was very professional and got everything right. But I would like to acknowledge everyone at this location including management. Thank you so much.

Love these guys! Quick, efficient, and tasty! They do play the music a little too loud for my taste.

Great food and Great service. Came here for lunch. Service was quick. Place was clean and employees were friendly. My favorite sub is the turkey sub. We ordered the large one and shared it with my husband. I love eating at Jimmy John’s because of their quality in food, it never disappoints!!

Jimmy John's is very clean, very friendly, and great quality! They are fast too, but, I think they are sometimes a bit to fast for their own good; they start making you order before you are done ordering so, if you order a sandwich and at the end you say "and can I get that on wheat bread", by the time you say that your sandwich was already made and they have to start over lol. Very good place though.

I just had the best experience at this restaraunt. I've never been to a Jimmy John's before and I've never done a Google review for anything before, so you should know I'm serious when I say that this was one of the best fast food experiences of my life. The service was great, the people were so nice, the ambiance was amazing. The walls were decorated with positive and funny motivational quotes. They played music that I love. In the bathroom there were these signs that made me bust up laughing. I don't know if all Jimmy John's are like this one, but I sure intend to find out. Oh, and the food was great. Sandwiches are my favorite food and i give these an A+!!! Thank you so much Jimmy Johns!!!

Made fresh in front of you. You get entertainment whilst waiting for your Sammy. Good quality, ok price, nice atmosphere. I would recommend anyone check it out at least once.

I love this Jimmy Johns. They have always had the best customer service and subs. Today someone from JJ came into our office unexpectedly with free sandwiches for customer appreciation day. She was so kind. The delivery is so fast and the woman who does the deliveries is excellent. I even gave the wrong address once and she still found me. Amazing! I can’t say enough good things!

We ate here 2ce this past weekend when we visited Coco Beach. Both times, the staff was very friendly and accommodating, and our food was very good. The second time we had delivery, and the nice young lady brought it right to our pool side table at the Inn at Cocoa Beach. You don’t get that kind of service just anywhere. Of course we tipped her, but I don’t think there was even a charge for the delivery. We will definitely use this service again.

I didn't think my son would ever enjoy any sub other than his crazy pepperoni sub at a competitor's shop but Jimmy John's has him hooked! I think it was really good and my youngest thinks it is fantastic! Jimmy John's had two new fans! Great sandwiches!

Nothing like stopping in for a delicious JJ sandwich while enjoying a day at the shore. The place is super clean and the service always great. The #4 turkey sandwich will keep you happy and healthy. For you vegetarians, the #6 will fill you up.

Beach club is my favorite. And it was perfect. I went inside so I could wash my hands, but they have a drive thru.

Excellent subs, very quick. Alex keeps these guys and girls hoppin' and poppin'. Routinely get my sub delivered before I am done paying or filling my drink cup! Not as much custom sub craft is a by product of the quickness but if they have a sub or two you like then it doesn't matter. This particular store is always clean, well lit and full of friendly staff.

We are on a pilgrimage to visit every Jimmy John's in the world. This one is exceptional. We arrived during a SLAM but all the kids were super nice and professional, not to mention QUICK.
