Starbucks

After noticing short handed team. They really pulled it together and got my order out quick (quicker then drive thru line)! So sweet in offering me a snack for waiting even though they worked as quick as possible! Ms. Meagan was a star in being attentive to my order process. Grateful for the staff here! Raegan was also busting but multi tasking like I’ve never seen. Much props to the baristas here.

The line here can get long in the morning time. The line is always worth it in the end. I come and order my favorite drink: iced shaken espresso with whipped cream and caramel drizzle. I have YET to see my drink messed up. They hit it on the dot every single time I go there. The drive-through is a little wonky on how it's shaped but oh well, I get through there lol. All in all, I love coming here and will continue to come here for as long as I am living in this state. ✨

Good service at this Starbucks. They're quick and friendly, and do not have the typical "you mean *venti*" attitude. Got exactly what we ordered, and had a nice cool relaxing time.

It’s really cozy, wholesome and delightful 2 hang out w/ family and friends. The baristas know how 2 make a good cup of coffee. Especially the PSF.

Always clean. Good coffee. I use the app while on my way and my order is always ready when I get there. The food menu is limited.

Baristas here are always really friendly and willing to accommodate you! I’ve never had a wrong order here. I sometimes wish they would update their menu sign more frequently. The only thing I would say that is frustrating is that this particular location gets backed up pretty frequently and because of the layout you can get blocked into a parking spot by the people in line.

I do love this particular Starbucks, even when the line is wrapped, it moves rather quickly!

I have never had an issue besides long lines but that's the only Starbucks in the area. They provide great customer service. I always go early in the morning before work and the worker Melissa is always fast and friendly.

Staff is super friendly and drinks are always great. The only thing to complain about are the customers who look for something to complain about and ruin the whole environment inside, ya know?
A great place to hang out and talk with friends, even with the occasional oldster yelling about something that isn’t the barista or manager’s fault like the sticker machine being broke. :)

Love Starbucks! Especially the one off of Bienville St. In Ocean Springs, MS! Great customer service. Will remake your drink if incorrect with a smile. Atmosphere in the building is very clean and modern. Great place to have a business meeting. Large industrial farmhouse style wooden tables. They have a lot of outlets for computers and appropriate soothing music for either relaxation or studying for an exam!

All around great Starbucks location. Large parking area for my work truck. Very clean. Staff is very friendly ( especially gio ) and drinks are as expected.

I bought a ceramic cup to give myself a little treat and the 1st one I bought the lid wouldn't close. The lady very generously let me pick a new 1 out and trade it. I really appreciate her patience

Thank you! I’m located in New Mexico from the coast as of a year ago. We don’t have a corporate Starbucks here but can use our app and gain stars. So I often make mobile orders back to the coast for my kids and grandkids. My app was giving me fits and I called the store for help. I’m sorry i can’t remember the lady’s name but with her help I was able to get the app to function and my order was put through. Thank you for helping me study connected with my loved ones with our Starbucks.

Had a shaken oatmilk espresso made by mariah. I honestly drink a lot of coffee. This woman can actually pull espresso shots. Nectar of the gods. Thank you mariah. You deserve a raise. Drink so good I even ate the ice!
