High Banks Tavern

Our server was amazing. She was new there but did a great job! The room itself is a very bright so you don't want to go there to have a personal conversation. We could hear everyone's conversations. The food was good but they overcooked our burgers. It was still ok but not as good as if it was cooked to our satisfaction. Over all a nice place!

I stopped in while staying at a nearby hotel. It was the perfect setting for my laidback weekend. The food was good and the two bartenders/servers were very attentive though we sat at a table. I will definitely go back next time I'm in town.

Good food, friendly staff. We had burgers that were cooked perfectly, and the rosemary fries. We were visiting from out of town and always look for local places to try. This was a good one!

This was our second visit and the quality of the food was excellent. The staff is hard working and friendly. This evening's visit brought an influx of people with the eclipse tomorrow and the staff on duty was running non-stop. Definitely worth the stop if you're in the area.

Excellent ambience. Hot and fresh food that tickles your taste buds. Definitely a hidden gem in the vicinity or Mt. morris.went with my family of 6 and we had a sumptuous lunch. They have a full stocked bar. They allow pets, although only with the outside tables. Clean and well maintained facility. Kudos.

My daughter and I greatly enjoyed our lunch. We shared an order of poutine fries which were delicious. She had the fish fry which she enjoyed. I had a poutine Burger which was also excellent. The service was wonderful and I highly recommend the High Banks Tavern.

Delicious garlic cheese curds, Buffalo chicken mac n cheese was awesome with perfect sauce flavor on chicken, and plate was a good combo of flavors. Great first visit and look forward to future visits!

I've always liked the food and environment here but tonight they outdid themselves. We just wanted a low-key last minute dinner on Valentine's Day, and they made it so special in their always comfortable environment. They offered a rose to every table, a complimentary glass of wine with dinner, and Hershey kisses after. Just the little things that they definitely didn't have to do, but that extra thought is why we eat local and eat in our small towns. Thank you for making us feel so welcome.

We’re from 2 hours away came to find somewhere to celebrate my 21st birthday and had an amazing experience! Staff are very friendly, enviroment is clean, food is delicious! I absolutely love the Garlic Parmesean wings! And the pizza- perfect amount/ratio of ingredients- perfect blend of cheese, sauce, and pepperoni- and not greasy!

Popped in here while on a road trip. Parked down the street, took a small walk down the main road and stumbled upon a beer sign. Was very very surprised to see quite the selection of craft beers and amazing top shelf whisky. I wish we were staying the night in town so I could fully appreciate the selection. The lovely bartender helped us chose from the selection and also gave us some insight about the town and region.

Great food, fantastic atmosphere, but seating can be a little challenging being a small place. Definitely worth a try if you've never been, and an excellent place to grab a bite again and again!

We were in town for the weekend and stopped in for an early dinner. Staff was really friendly, food was good, lots of options! I'm glad we stopped in!

Good food and friendly service. I had buffalo chicken wrap but got to choose your sauce so I chose country sweet on my chicken. Very yummy!

Went in around 4pm. On a Saturday afternoon with my wife for the first time.
We Received quick service.
The food was Awesome.

My husband had the fish fry and I had a chicken Ceasar salad. Both meals were delicious and prepared perfectly. Prices were great especially for the amount of food offered. Will dine here again.

Been driving past this bar for years but finally stopped with my son. Nice clean village bar. Will stop more often.

Great dinner and cold drinks after hiking at Letchworth! 10/10 will visit again when in the area. Burger hit the spot and everything else looked great too.
