Quality Inn

Hotel prices are on the rise as most things so I wasn't sure what to expect. We had been by a few times over the past year and stayed down the road at a hotel double the price the last time. The place was clean, the decor was updated, staff was friendly, and the breakfast was decent. We also had a fridge and microwave which was an added bonus. We will definitely stay again when in town.

The hotel was right in the middle of both places I had to be that weekend. 13 minutes to both places. Staff was very kind and polite. I admit this place looks like it's been around for some time, you can see it needs a lot of updating, but, I have to say they were clean. I appreciated that very much. Thank you

The hotel is great! Nice atmosphere! Small breakfast. They eat everything quickly and don’t cook anything else.😁

I’m giving excellent review of my stay. BUT, this hotel is right beside a loud train track. Didn’t know that before I booked. However, this hotel is amazing. Very clean, super comfortable. Park outside ur door! Great desk clerk. Outskirts of town. Quiet other than the trains every 30 minutes it seems. 🫣❌

Had a pleasant stay. Rooms were clean and up to date. I would definitely stay here again. It was conveniently located 2 miles from the hospital that we had to be at early in the morning.

Got a room for a night, all the amenities are good for the price, and the overnight clerk and other staff are all nice people. Would definitely recommend.

We live in NC and have family in Ashland KY that mean so much to us. We had never stayed here before, this was the first time. We are from out in the country in NC and don't need to be spoiled when we come up to visit. We just need a place to stay thats safe and accommodating so we can make a 6 hour drive for family. This motrl is not dirty. We seen no bugs and no one was mean to us. They have free breakfast the next morning and to keep from paying for something it's nice to have the options they have to feed and provide for you. Yes the train tracks are across the highway but we only heard the train or horn once and that was during the day. They have a job also and have to blow the horn to be safe. This is a nice affordable place especially when you have family in the area you'd like to see more but have a budget so you can. Absolutely no complaints and will definitely stay here again.

I stay at this hotel every time I am in Ashland Kentucky. The rooms are always clean, the staff is very pleasant,and I also enjoy the privacy they give you.
Sure there is a railroad track close but they tell you this when you check in so there are no supposed when the trains go thru. I loved my stay and would recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Ashland to check this hotel out for themselves. The beds are really awesome . CHECK IT OUT!!!!!!

Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. We didn't have a reservation but they were able to get us a room and also applied our choice rewards discount. The entry is easier using the back. The front entrancce is a steep incline.

The Quality Inn are life savers. When the ice storm hit and we were scared and lost on the road, the man in the office directed us on how to get to them. Such kindness and understanding! We took their last room, which had a king sized bed and was smoke-free. The room was clean, it has wifi, and a nice shower.

Very clean & comfortable. Almost missed it because it sits up on a hill with a very narrow entrance drive. They could use a larger sign showing the enreance.

As some folks have noted, some of the rooms are dated, but a lot of the rooms have been renovated already. The rooms are clean and the staff does a great job cleaning up. All front desk personnel are friendly and willing to help in any way they can. I would stay here again if I'm ever back in this area.

Great bed. Hot and cold breakfast. The trains bother some but we loved it.

It's a good place t work! We have awesome beds, & the rooms are clean... Hot breakfast so you can enjoy some of our wonderful breakfast before heading of to work... I really would love for everyone to come check us out!!!!

Had a great stay again. Great place to bring the hole family. Clean and roomy. Owner and staff are doing a great job keeping the place up to a 5 star Inn. I recommend staying here you won't be disappointed.

Very nice, clean place. Staff went above and beyond to help us with a special request. Cute little town. Only MINOR drawback is the freight trains going by at all hours. Not terribly annoying though.

Amazingly clean for this area!! Expensive but WORTH IT!! 💯 At least you won't be getting ate up by bugs here and packing it back home with you!! 🙌🏼🙏 They get 15/10, FR!

Outstanding rooms every time I'm here I stay here with CLC and they still greet me with open arms every single time Great customer service and especially the guy up at the front awesome always helps me out anyway he can highly recommend staying here
