This is one of my favorite spots to go to on a date night with my husband. The service is amazing. The staff are very polite and friendly. The manager always comes to our table and check to see if our food and experience is okay. That is very pleasant of her. The decor is exquisite. Last by not least, the food is really good. It’s a definite great experience! We will be back soon.

Our server Alice was fantastic and very helpful when describing dishes. I've been here several times, the food is always good, this time it was fantastic! The Tomahawk Porkchops was seasoned perfectly & melted in your mouth. The Honey Garlic chicken was fantastic over their mashed potatos. We ended with the lemon cake, and we definitely would recommend it.
It was a spontaneous decision to eat there, I'm glad we did. I can't wait to go back again.

We had such an awesome experience here on new year’s eve. The staff were very attentive, we were seated swiftly even though we didn’t have a reservation. Our food was delicious & the ambience was warm, welcoming & festive. We ordered in and also ordered a few dishes to go.

This place hands down was one of the best I have been in awhile. The atmosphere was cool service was amazing multiple people checked in asking how everything was very friendly and to top it off the food was to die for. I highly recommend you try this place out you will not be disappointed

More on the polished dining, yet, to be honest, you can wear casual attire. The hand-cut steak was excellent with the loaded baked potato. This place is ideal for meeting up with friends or going on a date; it's situated in an area where you can shop and come here when you're hungry or if you want to grab a bite to eat before heading to the local movies. The fries were average, nothing too spectacular.

My wife and I recently dined at Firebird's Woodfired Grill. We went on a Friday, and the restaurant was crowded. Even though it was busy, we had quick service from a friendly waitress. We ordered cheesesteak egg rolls, which were spicy, hot and delicious. Our entrees did not disappoint either! I ordered a steak, and my wife ordered salmon. We each ordered the Southwest au gratin potatoes as our side dish. Both dinners were grilled perfectly, and the potatoes were cheesy and flavorful. This restaurant is a fantastic place for having a delicious, hot meal and good variety of drinks to go with your meal. We look forward to going back to this restaurant again soon!

Honestly FANTASTIC! Had a gathering for my daughters 30th Birthday with about 30 people, the staff was awaiting our arrival and ready to seat as we all came in for our 6:30 reservation. The servers, Caroline, Kyle & Michaela were awesome, didn't need or want for a thing!!! The management and kitchen staff were so accommodating to all of our needs. We felt like we were in our own homes. The food was spot on for every one of my guests and they all said they would be back to Collegeville to try another meal. Thanks so much for the wonderful experience.

I actually stopped in here recently as I found that they offer a Brunch on the weekends. It wasn't very crowded, but the food was delicious as expected.

I had an incredible dining experience at Firebird's Woodfired Grill in Collegeville, PA. From the moment I walked in, the staff was attentive and friendly, setting the tone for the evening. The Blue Cheese encrusted filet was a revelation – perfectly cooked and bursting with flavor. The appetizers, including the deviled eggs and onion rings, were a delightful start to the meal. I also appreciated their attention to detail in crafting a perfectly mixed Lemon drop martini. The shrimp pasta exceeded my expectations with its rich and bold flavors. Overall, Firebird's delivered a memorable dining adventure that's definitely worth the drive. I can't wait to return for more culinary delights!

This was the only restaurant I enjoyed my week out in collegeville. Fired up shrimp are amazing. I got a order to go and they kept the sauce separate so they didn't get soggy..didn't even have to ask for that. Now my meal, the steak was not cooked as requested. The Bartender and Manager apologized and asked if I wanted another steak. I declined since the steak was still really good. Mashed potatoes were great and drinks were amazing. 10 out of 10 highly recommend .. wish it was a firebirds in the city but I'll take the trip just for the shrimp lol.

Tonight was the first time me and my mom ate here. Very nice restaurant. Good food. Unfortunately, are waitress was not attentive at all. She didn't come and check on us at all even though I observed the other waitressses were doing so. We had leftovers and was given cardboard boxes. We noticed the table on the side of us had sturdy plastic containers and a bag to put them in. I ended up asking their waitress for the containers and bag. I would like to go back, but do not the same waitress.

Monday. Becky was our server. She was polite, warm and the MOST attentive waitress we have had since coming here. She made our experience so pleasant. She had refills before we asked, extra bread without being promoted and had our order down to the T!

Ask for her at tie next visit! We certainly will!

Mothers Day dinner was great. We had a small issue with an allergy but our server William and the manager fixed it promptly. Food was delicious and delivered faster than we expected.

Great happy hour! Had the drink special, Double Black Diamond Martini (pineapple infused vodka), the Beef Sliders and Fried Up (spicy) shrimp. Everything was delicious. Food came out quickly and warm. Bartenders were friendly and attentive. Awesome atmosphere. Highly recommend.

I always get the chicken tortilla soup!!!! It is amazing. Also highly recommend salads, burgers. The crusty homemade bread is just amazing. And did I mention the cocktails? Boy do they know how to make a drink!

Since my husband took me there last year for my bday, we go there often now once a month. They have appetizers that you can find anywhere. Differently recommended it..

We had a great time here! The steaks were very tender and well made, and the garlic and Cajun sauces were amazing! The place is a bit more on the expensive side, but it brings lots of high quality foods and drink! This was a great spot to have a nice dinner out!

My favorite restaurant. The food and service of Capitol Grille without the price tag. Their homemade bread is hot fresh and amazing. I love their greens salad with wood fired salmon on top. I get it every time I go. And my husband loves the surf and turf. The desserts are so worth the calories. Have fun.
Valentine's Day 2022
Well we enjoyed another great evening at Firebirds again. This time taking home the new lemon blueberry cake which is amazing. It replaced the key lime pie. It's so worth the calories along with the creme brulee cheesecake. Thank you to great chefs and staff.
Mother's Day 2022 (day before)
I loved coming for lunch the day before a super busy day. Nice and quiet. Several larger groups gathered to celebrate birthdays and special occasions. Thank you Emily for doing a great job. And one of our other great servers (Sasha I think) stopped by to say hi. Manager usually does too. I ordered my fav salmon salad again and my husband tried the chicken pineapple and augratin potatoes and really liked it. I love the salad dressing they recommend for the salmon salad. Wish I could buy it to take home.

Very good service and ambience. The food was also very tasty. Our waiter Angie was amazing and quick. Would definitely recommend.
