It was one of the best customer service experiences I have ever had. The knowledge of the staff is outstanding. I purchased a dillon Xl750 to reload for USPSA, and the days, weeks & months before my purchase, I went down a rabbit hole for information to prepare myself, and it didn't work lol. But the staff Meduse Munitions made me feel super comfortable. They even gave me a 2 week follow-up text to see what new questions I may have. I will forever be a customer. All I can say is Thank you!!

Owners are very helpful, down to earth, and eager to please. Reasonably priced, and great tutorial for the Dillon press that I bought. I will definitely be a repeat customer!

Recently I needed to ship some rifles from Michigan to Maryland and my son received a recommendation from a friend for this shop. While my son has worked a lot with FFLs, this was the first time in over a decade for me. I was very impressed with the service I received and, while I haven’t been shooting locally in a while, they brought me up to speed on the local ranges and who does gunsmithing on M1s. As I only own rifles, they even took the time to discuss what I needed to do to purchase/ship a relic 1911 Colt pistol. I look forward to doing business with them in the future and their shop is a real gem in southern Maryland.

Awesome store. Very responsive to my questions and my FFL of choice for transfers. They also have good prices on 9mm ammo!

Best all-around sporting goods store in the area! Will go out of their way to get what you need or build what you want. You won’t go wrong with Medusa (just watch out for her gaze). Highest recommendation!
