I had a awesome experience. The employees are very carefull and nice. I had problems with my car after put gas early in the morning so i stopped by their shop, and Mr Craig put a device on my car. They figured out the problem and gave me instructions to fix it. They were very helpful, i reccomend this place.

Very knowledgeable employees who take the additional time to make sure your vehicle is back up and running.

Craig is one of the men working at the time and he helped me with my headlight bulb that was stuck from where it had been put in incorrectly prior by a previous owner.

Had a fantastic experience at AutoZone recently. The friendly service I received made my visit exceptionally pleasant. I went in for a specific need - a 2-pack of headlight bulbs. What I appreciate most about AutoZone is the reliability of their prices. It's a relief to know I can count on fair and consistent pricing.

Interestingly, there's an Advance Auto right next door to this AutoZone, and I decided to compare prices. To my surprise, both stores had identical prices for the headlight bulbs I needed. Despite the proximity, I opted for AutoZone this time, primarily due to the excellent customer service I received during my visit.

Needed 2 batteries for our camper in a different state they had what we needed and they were very helpful in assisting us with the installation.

I am writing on behalf of my parents. A few weeks ago they went on a little trip to Fort Payne, Alabama where they had some issues with their truck. They decided to go to Auto Zone where they met Mr. Zachery Jones. This man worked tirelessly to figure out the problem and get it fixed with a smile on his face. He respectfully declined any type of a tip so we wanted to make sure he’s was noticed. Next time you’re at Auto Zone in Fort Payne, please tell him we said “thank you”. ☺

At 8 o’clock at night the store manager Craig was willing to help me change my belt on my car. His attitude and skill truly helped when I needed it the most. I’ve always shopped at Auto Zone, but his service was remarkable. This is why I choose Auto Zone every time. For a manager to come out get the parts and help me, blessed me. I have no words left to describe his service. It was amazing!

Zackary was extremely helpful in finding the correct part and helping with installation of part. This is why we always go to Autozone even though there are two other parts store right next door.

I was able to call and order a part that was 1/4 the price Ram wanted to charge and available the next day where the dealership was going to have me wait a week before they got the part. I arrived the next morning and the correct part came in as ordered.

Redd helped us when we were there and she was absolutely amazing. She went way way way out of her way to help me and my wife. She definitely deserves a raise! Thank you Redd! You were a God send!

I just want to share that I broke down on I 59 at the Alabama Welcome Center at 3:30pm for some odd reason my power steering cap blew off my diesel,,and left me stranded,, I called AutoZone that’s where i get my oem for my vehicles,, Red and her coworker help me get the parts and she brought them to me I was fixed and on my way A++++ to this store

The staff has always been vary helpful I hate walk around a part store looking for something I know nothing about. always greet you as you walk in and ask what they can help you with even if it's in the front of the store the staff all ways gets it for me and they never have got me the wrong thing.

First let me say I usually like buying local rather than from a chain-store/corporation. My local parts dealer just don't cut it though. I've been using the local AutoZone for years! They've earned my business. I am picky about what parts I will use on my vehicles. In the parts business there are good quality parts and there are cheap parts. I was surprised by the selection AutoZone has to offer. I prefer the more trusted and proven names in the auto parts industry. Other parts dealers in the area always have to spend forever looking up parts and try their best to sell "the house brand" and brag they saved you money. Usually if you want a name brand from "the others" it's got to be a special order. AutoZone keeps a lot of those parts in stock. Coupled with the AutoZone app I can walk in with a list of part numbers and be out in no time or they don't mind looking up one part or a hundred parts. Also when they sell you a part with a warranty they allow you to use it! For example just to see I kept a receipt for break pads. I tow a lot so I go through breaks more than regularly. 7 months later it was time for new ones and they honored the warranty! Most other companies just hope you've lost your receipt and get out of it that way but, AutoZone keep a history of every part you have a warranty on, no need to hunt for old receipts! The staff is great too! Even when your working on a custom build that's not a vehicle "in the computer" the staff here understands customizations and can still easily get your parts for you.

They was so helpful. I had called them earlier that day they remembered me when I got there. went out to my car figured out what was wrong and even gave me a number to someone that could put my part on for me.
