Pretty good, didn't dine in, ordered carry out. Food was good and sauce added a nice touch It was a bit crowded in there, which was why I didn't dine in.

Stopped by Chic filet in Ft. Payne, Alabama. Superb! We had a great dinner after traveling a long day. Great food and service. We're ne er disappointed at any chic filet!!!!

I love Chick fil A but hate the app. I had saved my points to use on the grandkids and when we got up to the counter to redeem my points and it required me to log in and I couldn't get it to open and still haven't been able to get back into my app.

I ordered the food, got my drinks, sat down, and while sitting down an employee was delivering my meal. Extremely impressed. Always wonderful service and great food.

Stopped for a breakfast burrito on the way to Gulf Shores. Just as with almost every other Chick-fil-A I've visited, everything was great. Friendly staff, fast service, and good food. What else can be said?

I have to wait long time to get my mobile order, when i got it. it was wrong!! i have to comeback to talk to the manager. At least i should get a complementary cookie or something for the delayed, the wrong order and the gas i spent coming back to get the Wright order. But nope nothing. The customer service it's declining, they should start training the managers better. I know is not the servers fault because it's a lot of teenagers, that need supervision.

Big difference between these resturants in the south and Midwest. You will wait forever in the Midwest. Walk right in to a southern one.

The people are very nice. The establishment is always clean normally between 11 and 2. It does get very busy but they do their best to Accommodate and communicate effectively to there customer.

Went the other night and my kids were literally asking so many questions but Makain was so patience with them. He was honestly one of the best workers we have ever encountered, definitely loved his customer service attitude. One of the best

The pepper honey pimento cheese chicken sandwich was delicious. I was there around noon. They were very busy at the drive thru. The staff were friendly . I had a few minutes wait but that was expected at this time of day.

Great place to eat and fellowship! I enjoy the activities for kids they schedule from time to time. I face painted at their Daddy Daughter Princess Date Night today and it was just a precious event! Very well organized!
