I just have to give a shout out to Trisha at the Streets of Chester location. My 84-year-old dad was having issues with his phone and went into that store to see what his options were. Trisha spent a great deal of time going over things with my Dad and helped him fix a problem with his cell phone that another store worked on for over a week and could not resolve. We were SO impressed with her incredible knowledge and patience. It is so rare to find someone that truly cares about helping people in the way she did. We would highly recommend that location to anyone looking for superior customer service

I normally look at going into a mobile device store with the same dread as I would going into a used car dealership. The reps at the T-Mobile store in Chester were absolutely fantastic! Courteous, knowledgeable, patient and very helpful. Thanks so much you are a credit to your industry

Best customer service ever. Gabriel and another young gentleman assisted me to change my plan to achieve savings and helped me to take advantage of additional perks. Highly recommend this location. These young men were helpful, professional, respectful and a pleasure to interact with.

Store seems to be staffed with kids with no training
