The staff is super friendly, and if your dog is friendly as well they allow them in the stores! I love that Michaels is pet friendly and I love shopping here. The staff knows her by name and always greets us with a smile. I love coming here when I have 20% off coupons which you can find online, and there's almost always a sale so you're almost always guaranteed a deal. Stop in for all your crafting needs, and if you're like me, bring your furry friend with you too!

The Seekonk MA store may be smaller than the most others but they DO have a lot ! I was able to find Christmas items available at 80% OFF!! I was so excited to stock up on the floral and greens for next year at Amazing prices!! And the spring merch this year is amazing!! If you're looking for what most don't have, check this location out!!

Love the new updated self checkout kiosks. 2 cashiers open and 5 self service checkout counters. They have my crafting materials EVERY time.

As always, I enjoy shopping at Michaels and missed visiting the store while it was closed because of the pandemic. It opened
this morning, and I was greeted by a lovely lady at the door. The store has beautiful merchandise which inspires one to decorate the indoors and outdoors of your home. Loved it and good luck on reopening the store! 🥀🌹☘💐

Love this store, I can spend hours here every day. Love having the rewards card and app, downloading the app is a must due to great coupons and deals they have. I have also taken my daughter to arts and crafts event they hold on wkends, lots of fun for both children and adults.

This store is awesome. I think I spent an hour here walking around AFTER I found what I was looking for and ended up spending twice what I had planned to. Not complaining though. I came for the plaster hand mold for my fiancee and I. There was one left. I get lucky once in a blue moon. Check the black bins under the shelves if the shelves are empty. Decent prices, and if you're a crafty type person, you too will spend an hour here. Minimum. Guaranteed.

Always go to and order from this location. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Items are mostly always in stock, few occasions when online stated it was in stock at the store but then it wasn't after placing order.

This afternoon I went to the Michael's in Seekonk, MA looking for a few items to finish up my wedding decor. When I entered the floral section, it looked as though corporate was visiting, as a large group of employees were gathered around a fixture talking to one another. When I walked by, not one but TWO of them asked if I needed assistance (I appreciate this! I used to work in retail & nothing is worse than being ignored). I asked these associates if they had a large wooden Welcome sign. Unfortunately, they didn't have exactly what I was looking for in the store - But they all chimed in to help & told me they could check online or I could look in the wood aisle for other similar options. They even went as far as to search the website themselves & come find me on the other side of the store to show me a picture of what they had available online. I told the man who approached me that the sign online looked too small, but thank you anyway & we went our separate ways. Just as I was getting ready to checkout, the same man, who introduced himself as the district manager, came up to me again and said: "We are out of free shipping coupons, but I'll do you one better. Here's a $10 gift card." Talk about customer service! This experience made my day!

Michael’s never fails to satisfy! Clean. Well organized. Lots of offerings for crafters and gift givers alike. Offers coupons and sales frequently. Always check for coupons and sales prior to shopping, and/or even ask the cashiers if they have any coupons or special sales that day. They frequently accommodate! Michael’s Discounts can also be found on the app Retail me not. I love Michael’s!!!

Great store.

They literally have everything!! The store is huge and the isles are fully stocked. Great place to make your own craft, blanket or buy a kit. In addition, they have toys/games/frames etc....

The staff here, truly does put the customer first. We were treated wonderfully, when we encountered a problem and several staff members found a fabulous solution. We were extremely satisfied with the patience and professional manner in which our problem was solved. I would highly recommend Michael's to everyone. In the present retail environment, where customer service is often non-existent, the staff at Michael's is an extremely welcome change.

Been to a couple Michaels but I really enjoyed this one I had been looking for poster frames and a very nice lady helped me find ones that suited my needs and even put them in for me we had nice conversations while she helped me was a very nice experience for a quick vist.

I love shopping at Michael’s! They have great sales & if there is something that you want that is not on sale, look for a coupon either on their app or online...you can’t go wrong shopping here for decorations, craft supplies, picture frame & home decor!
