Solid ice cream at a price that beats places like Graeter's. I got a single scoop of the Marsh-Mallow Smore in a cup. The employee gave me a very healthy, large scoop. Big bang for the buck. Ice cream itself was great, I enjoyed the flavors, and it had a nice creamy texture to it. I'd definitely like to go back.

My friend introduced me to Kilwins while visiting the area. Great chocolate and lots of variety. The staff were super nice and helpful. Took chocolate home to my daughter and her friends and they loved it. I am definitely a fan and will have to try the ice cream the next time I am in town.

A normal Kilwins experience aside from being in Ohio... Great ice cream, sweets, and fudge. Classic ice cream parlor feel. Hard to beat.

I'm glad this place is here!! There's restaurants everywhere, but now there's a place to get dessert!! Ice cream, fudge, chocolate dipped treats, ice cream cakes, and milkshakes for any taste. I'm picky about my ice cream, and I make a point to come here when I can.

Omg the smell that greets you at the front door is literally divine! The best waffle cone I have ever had. It was crisp and delicious and the salted caramel ice cream was to die for!

Exceptionally great chocolates and other treats. Their ice cream is amazing too. And if you want a delicious caramel apple this is the place to visit. Great place for gifts too as they have boxed goodies like milk or dark chocolate turtles. Yum!

Same great experience at this Kilwins as the other one that I’ve been to in my home state. The smell is amazing and the sweets are great and the ice cream I’ve gotten every time has been fantastic. This time we got koolers and those were just as good, albeit a bit pricey. I’ll definitely come back when I have the money to.

This place was delicious and the ambiance is really nice too. I was able to try this chocolate fudge tracks ice cream on a vanilla cone that was purely delicious. The service was really sweet and very patient with me as I struggled to find a flavor I wanted. It was definitely worth the wait. I had no idea these are local to me so I’ll be trying them at home too.

Perfect place to grab ice cream on a hot Ohio day. The staff was kind and moved the line for ice cream quickly. Kilwins also has a lot of candy shop items from truffles to peanut brittle.

I was disappointed when my usual hangout stopped selling their toasted coconut ice cream. When I discovered that kilwin’s had it, plus a chocolate toasted coconut upgrade it instantly became My favorite spot for ice cream and sweet treats. The owner is lovely and the staff are always pleasant. It’s also refreshing to walk into a business where employees and customers are given the CHOICE to wear, or not to wear, a mask. Thank you for everything that you are doing!

This is chocolate heaven, what more can I say?? Pretzels, graham crackers, oreos, fruits (just to name a few) covered in white, milk, or dark chocolate.. The fudges are super decadent. Of course they have a nice variety of truffles, turtles, and plain chocolates. They also have ice creams (which I've never tried). Based on everything I've tried, I've never been disappointed by Kilwins! Service has always been excellent as well.

Best ice cream you can have in Ohio. Unfortunately, the close the Dayton location. We were in Columbus and we planned to stop here as soon as we found out there is one location in Dublin.
This location is very clean and the service is great.

Kilwins was a great place to visit. All of the employees were very friendly and offered a sample of their fudge upon my arrival. I actually went for the ice cream and had the praline pecan and it was AMAZING! This place is definitely on my list of places to return to when I want great ice cream.

Recently stopped by after receiving a coupon in the mail. We were helped by Gavin and he was so friendly and helpful. Will definitely return, not only because the chocolates and ice cream were delicious but because of the wonderful customer service. Thank you!
