Giant Eagle Supermarket

Nice store with nice employees & the other customers all seemed to be nice as well. Things were clean & tidy as far as I could see & the shelves all seemed to be well stocked. Prices were about what you can expect from any grocery store currently. Some are higher & some are lower when compared to local competitors. This store has been in my area for quite some time but I already had a grocery store that I was really comfortable with. So I checked this store out shortly after opening you get some of the Grand Opening Sales, but went back to my old store. Just recently I needed to order a cake & my regular grocery store's cakes & the whole bakery in general have been less than what I expected. I have been to a few parties & events recently where the cake and/or baked goods came from a Giant Eagle bakery. When I needed to place an order for a birthday party, I decided to go with my local Giant Eagle & my guests & I were not disappointed. The bakery & it's staff were terrific. I ordered a cake for a birthday party & I ended up having quite a few more people than I expected to be able to come. So I needed to add some cupcakes to my order at the last minute. This was no problem for the bakery staff. Or if it was a problem they definitely didn't show any signs of that to me. As a matter of fact the additional cupcakes were available in some really nice specialty flavors & ended up being a really big hit at my party. I'll definitely be ordering from the bakery & shopping in this store in the future. And I may just get a few of those yummy cupcakes for dessert tonight!

This store only had one handicap scooter. It worked thank goodness. But it was being used when we got there. A lady that works there is named Nancy. She went to the manager to check and see if there were anymore scooters. There weren't. Then when she saw the gentleman leaving with the scooter. She followed him out, got it and brought it back in to us. Everyone else was very nice too.

Thank you for all that you do, not only for the company, but for the employees as well! You are the most Genuine, kindest, most respectful person I’ve met here. You always go the extra mile to make sure everything and everyone is okay. Every time I see you you’re always smiling, and willing to lend a hand whenever you can! You are truly amazing, and if no one has ever told you, I just want you to know that you are so very much appreciated! You deserve the best that the world has to offer! Thank you for being an amazing role model, for being such a hard worker, and just for simply being you!

It's always clean. Management & Staff polite & helpful. *(Bonus having a Bank & Pharmacy inside).
The store is located in the Lincoln Village Plaza with plenty of parking spaces near even during busiest hours.

No matter what time it is or how long his shift had been he still treats everyone with the same respect and kindness he expects to be treated with!! He's such a valued member of your team at this location! He deserves a raise for sure !💲💲 He would be such a great manager or team leader !! 😁
1 thing I completely hate about giant eagle now is they don't provide plastic bags any more only these tiny paper bags that fall through the bottom of you put more than 3 things in them & you have to pay 5¢ each for them so if you actually want to go shopping you need like 50 of those bags or you'll be dropping the bottoms out taking them to the car then when you get home everything is everywhere! So invest in some reusable bags I guess because I'll be going to Kroger ✌

Just had an awesome experience with a young woman at the checkout named Samiya (spelling?). She was present, friendly, efficient, and downright delightful. Great hire Giant Eagle, give that girl a raise!

They always have good specials especially before holidays.

Decent selection, but high prices! Service is a struggle, if you are lucky to get it-most are that way, but not all-there's the struggle. I use this place as a convenience in a pinch. I shop for groceries elsewhere.ATTENTION Update from last post! GE has stepped it up. Service is great and the prices are somewhat competitive. Fuel points are slouch better. Regular customer. Much better! Another update-still great service and nice environment. I go there everyday.

This place is good. Prices can be a lil bit higher but if you look for the sales you can get good deals. I would much rather come here to buy my meats, they seem to be better quality and a good selection.

Kristen was the best cashier I think I've ever had. She was an absolute delight to have as a cashier. We have been on vacation from Florida and had her the past two visits.

I love giant eagle! I do believe they are more expensive than Kroger or Walmart but all your food is guaranteed to be fresh, especially fresh fruit and veggies, and you never have to stand in a long line. I think the peace that comes with shopping here is worth paying a little more.

I always enjoy coming to this store. It's always very clean and the staff are helpful and friendly.. The Pharmacy staff are also courteous, kind, and very informative.. I started coming here after I got fed up going to my local Kroger. I do not regret the move.

I'm on vacation from Florida &Kristen was my cashier. Just the sweetest lady ever.very kind & professional. I made it my mission to go through her line when I shopped.
