Wendy's

We absolutely love this location. My son has to have his baconator at least once a week lol. The only downfall is sometimes it's hard to get extra sauces.

There were only 3 cars in the drive thru, yet we waited over 10 minutes JUST to order! Burger was super dried out, and it was definitely not fresh.

We ordered a pretty large order online, and everything was perfect when we picked it up. Plus the man at the window (a sweet older man) was really nice to us, even though it was quite busy when we got there. Our order probably sucked to make, with the big line in the drive thru as well, but he was still very friendly to us at the window.

Burger was fixed exactly how we ordered them n was hot. Fries was fixed with no salt which is hard get sometimes. Lady waited on us was friendly n very nice.

Food is awesome. Service sucks

I Love ProService! They never disappoint! They always take the best care of me! They are very friendly and professional! They check with you on every little thing before they do any replacements or repairs and...they always describe the issue and explain what is going on in very simple details what is best for my car and me. You ways have an option of a quick fix or a better safer fix! I really like that! I am on the road a lot and I always like to know my car is at its best running ability thanks to ProService it always is. 😃

The food was fast and it was good. However, the employees were not energetic, happy or welcoming. The attitudes of those we interacted with seemed to be irritated with the idea of serving guests.

I was always that kid that enjoyed the freak shows at the traveling carnival. The bearded lady, three headed chicken and the lizard boy always fascinated me. I get that same nostalgic rush when I go to the Wendy's drive thru in Alcoa TN. Hey! Just for fun, if you happen to catch the manager in the drive thru, be sure to ask for ketchup. You can literally see her face contort into some kind of demonic form. It's good for a laugh, but the she demon ultimately wins. You are the one that ends up with cold nuggets and a flat coke.

Best Wendy's we have found in East Tennessee. Had to try the Peppermint Frosty. Not as Pepperminty as the Chick-fil-A Peppermint shake, but mixed with a Chocolate Frosty it is delicious!!

Food was good. I always order my fries well done and they got them perfect. Thay se to keep a good number of staff so you don't have to wait too long.

When it comes to quality in the fast food market, Wendy's sits pretty up there compared to places like Burger King and McDonald's. Definitely a good choice when looking for something quick. They even have a 4 for $4 menu you can choose from!

I'm someone who grew to love Wendy's while I was in college because I could always count on it to be fast, cheap, and delicious on my way home from studying late at night. When I came back to my hometown, to my dismay, all of the Wendy's in my area (Alcoa) were gross (melted frosty's at the window, pink (somehow?) 1/8th inch patties, soggy fries, etc). This new Wendy's in Maryville, so far, has turned that around. The food is consistent, drive-thru is quick, and the employees are incredibly nice. My hope is that Wendy's can retain these great employees and thus continue on with the quality food service. I would say out of the 15 or so different Wendy's I've eaten at in my lifetime, this one ranks #2. #1 was, surprisingly, in the Dominican Republic airport.

Came through the drive thru and Dakota was at the window. Seems to be a great kid very smiley and AMAXING CUSTOMER SERVICE. After explaining it will be a sec due to making fresh fries he started a conversation with us and kept us entertained as we waited. The past few time we have came he has maintained the same customer service and smile! Big thanks to DAKOTA for AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE! we appreciate that kind of customer service cause a lot of places lack customer service that amazing.

4 For $4 always great in a pinch. I get the Grilled Cuz Go Wrap with Chili instead of Fries. Can't beat its a decent amount of food and only 625 Calories so it doesn't destroy my diet when I forget my lunch.

If you haven't tried Wendy's salad then you should definitely give it a toss!

Wendy's is a good place to get quality food I love the wrong Frosty's wife likes chocolate and so do I we all our time together and City and its clean Steve full the service is prompt it's Bailey get you order out there and the order is hot and the taste of the food is excellent and Showplace I love their chili as far as of really does that dried out cold and it's fresh food and it's always hot a good place to go and take your family and I like to go I go there a lot myself a wife and I do so come visit Wendy's and experience a good quality food and service they have there

Love ordering with the Wendy’s app. And using coupons offers. Or getting free food rewards from accumulated points. Service is always good!!!!

One of the best experiences I've ever had in a fast food restaurant. April was Soo much help and so polite. Everyone was and the food was tasty, fast and hot.

Can be a little slow in the drive thru. Rarely, do they ever mess up orders.
