Wendy's

Husband and I came through the Drive through. We are Order #3212 at 7:27pm 40096. You guys are amazing and keep up the good work! I'm sure either you're low staff or training people, or whatever the case may be, but keep you all's head up and don't let rude customers get to you all. Yeah it took awhile for us to get our food, but we still got it and it was good and hot! Thank you to Host: Alexander and Cashier Valerie.

The guy at the counter was super helpful and honest with me about the new sauced nuggets. He told me his honest thoughts and i apreciate it because nobody likes spending money on something they wont like

Good food, quality service, clean dining area, and bathrooms. People I have had help me there have always been nice and helpful.

I visit this location often and the staff are nice friendly and courteous I've always been able to get my food nice and fresh and in a timely manner. Thanks guys Dave Thomas would be proud.

I live down the road from this location and go here all the time. 9/10 times I get great service, good hot food and friendly people. I would have to say that this wendys is exceptional. It doesn't matter what time it is or who is working, they're all friendly and yes, sometimes there's a line but I'll take a wait for fresh hot food anyday. Keep up the great work and attitude! 5/5 workers

By stark contrast of a competitor down the street, this Wendy's location never disappoints. The employees are incredibly polite, along with being helpful. (I have Celiac Disease, so I have to order special.)

The food was fresh, and tasted great! Wendy's might be our new late-night dinner for the busy season.

John was excellent and very kind when taking our order and handing us our food in the drive thru, I never write reviews on fast food but really enjoyed engaging with John!

I thought it odd that this Wendy's had a double rainbow hanging over it for the last couple of weeks. That's until I found out that Nicole was a shift manager there. What an excellent surprise. What great customer service she has to make the world feel like a better place. What a great smile.

Drive thru employees were happy and joking with me. Good timing. I was needed to be up lifted. ☺

This was a fun trip into Wendy's! The gal at the counter was delightful and knowledgeable. I used a coupon for a free chicken sandwich so it was a good deal too! I tried the orange cream soda and fell in love. The drive-thru can get extremely busy at lunch time due to its popular location.

Placed a large breakfast order for my staff at the last minute manager was willing to accommodate food fresh and good fast service as well

This review is the for the manager Mike, and the customer service from Wendy's on 23rd St. I ordered a honey butter chicken biscuit meal, on my way to work. When I arrived at work and went to eat, it was a hot honey chicken biscuit. I called and spoke to the manager Mike. He asked what I ordered and where I worked, within 10-15 minutes he hand delivered the correct order to me. Now that is called customer service. Instead of getting my name and telling me to come back, he took the time to listen to my complaint and he went above and beyond to fix it. Thank you, Mike

I went through the drive thru and ordered a chicken parmesan sandwich, fries , coke and a cookie. They were all perfect. The order taker was awesome as well. Highly recommend this Wendy's location. No rating for atmosphere as I went thru drive thru.
