I had a very positive experience, I ordered a triple whopper with cheese and bacon, this sandwich was on par with full service quality. Will definitely be back for the friendly service.

Every time I come in to this location, they are short staffed but the crew is always courteous, friendly and working hard. My food is always fresh. The manager who is there on Sunday days is so sweet and professional every time I see her.

I had a previous bad experience with the drivethru taking too long so I haven't visited in awhile, but today was a different experience. Christopher Poe was especially kind as he took my order and made the experience quite good eating in at around 12:30 pm on a thursday. The burgers were well balanced and even the Double whopper jr had plenty of fresh vegetables in it. Flawless experience for me today.

Store was clean and staff was extremely fast and friendly! I will most definitely visit this store again. Was pleased with the service and food at this location. GM Willie Daniels was very helpful when inquiring about items they had on the menu. I received the food in a timely manner and my order was correct and hot. Excellent customer service

The people r great it does usually take awhile to get food when u dine in however when I go there I have time to spare so I'm ok with it. The food always comes out right, fresh and hot. The restroom r always clean. The restaurant is always clean upon entering and the inside is always clean to. They have wheelchair accessibility , free wifi, however if u need to charge ur phone plugs r limited. Also o the recite if u do a 2 minute servay or ur next visit u can get a free whopper or chicken sandwich with purchase of small drink and fry. In the am u get a free breakfast sandwich with purchase of small coffee and hash brown. So it reasonable affordable.

I must say this is a brand new store and being new the crowd was large. There was people everywhere the drive thru was backed up but with all that going on the workers handled it with stride. The service was very good and the employees were so nice I will be back real soon.

The line was LONG and it took a LONG time. BUT...The order was PERFECT and the young man at the window-even though i could tell he was busy and stressed- he was so polite and mannerable. Apologized for the wait and kept a smile. Have missed BK and am happy even tho they were short-handed they did a super job and did it with a super attitude. Keep working young King! We see you!

Finally a Burger King near me. They need more staff. My roommate works there. They also need training on cleaning the fryers. Very clean store since it is a brand new building. Just concerned that it stays clean.

I came Last week and The Front Counter Person Shakeria I believe that was her Name was very nice and polite and Also made sure My Order was just the way I had wanted it! The Food Was Hot And Tasty I Hope they Really Keep People Like her!

The staff and food was good and the dining area was clean. My only gripe was the cleanliness of the restroom, it definitely needed to be cleaned. Everything else was on point though.

It's about time that we finally got our Burger King back in Callaway. Panama City. Stay on top of your game BK. Love you ❤
