The open hours are a little inconvenient. I can never pick up my mail.

The people that work here are some of the most miserable people I have ever encountered in my life. Also, the post master refused to take a complaint about someone taking and OPENING my mail (I have proof). I will be contacting the post master general. They also held my package in retaliation for calling them out on shoving several different people's mail in one mailbox. She was the most unpleasant person I've dealt with.

They keep shoving packages into my mailbox and crushing my mail and then complaining that it’s full if it isn’t emptied that day. They then refused to deliver a package 3 times the size of my mailbox because my “mailbox has been full for a month” I got mail the day before… Mind you they left the notice of “failed delivery” in my full mailbox. Going to talk with the postmaster general. Laziest people on earth.

Everytime I go to get my mail I have other people's mail in my po box. I have had up to three different peoples mail at one time in my po box. I return it and they just say oh sorry. Scares me because if my mail goes missing its probably in someone else's po box! This happens every single time I go which is 1 to 2 a week.

The mail carriers do not always deliver mail, whether or not there is any snow on the ground. If you have a driveway the carriers will not bring packages up to the building, they will insist you go to the post office to pick them up. If you try to complain about it the postmaster will accuse you of lying, even if there are three different people from three households there to complain about the same thing from the same mail carrier, she interrupts constantly and kicks anyone out of the building who asks her not to be rude and iinterrupt them when they are trying to explain their issue to her.

My mail was held on a snow hold from 2.14 till 2.28...without any notification what's so ever. We had a storm on the 13th so I can believe my mailbox was not accessible but from the 18 till the 24 had 5 days that the Tempature was above 50 degrees AND snow from the road was completely gone. I called Wendy at the post office and she told me the mailman could not notify of the hold because he could nor access the mailbox.....really, not only could they have stretched and reached it, or opened their door and put one foot out, and done so, but how about the second week when my mailbox was more than accessible. Obviously, the post office will not go the extra step.....not only will they hold your mail, they don't even tell you. My husband saw the mail person drive by everyday delivering to my neighbors, but did not have the common courtesy to either give me my mail or at least let me know they were delivering it to the GIW PO where I could have retrieved it. My husband was diagnosed with kidney cancer in that time period, and only when I was looking for insurance and hospital paperwork, did I realize I was not receiving my mail. I only received it on the 28th because I called and complained. Needless to say, my husband was already in the hospital having surgery, when I received paperwork I needed prior to that. When I received my mail, it was stuffed in my box and door left open, and I took pictures of brochures confirming that the mail had been held for 2 weeks since the storm on theb13th. Wendy stated that the post office has a right to hold mail and not notify us because no federal funds are used to run the postal service.....she actually said it was a free service.....I guess she forgets the stamps we pay to move the mail....very disappointed in the whole system and I see now why the postal service is becoming obsolete
