Tobacconist & Gifts is just a flat out cool store! They have a great cigar selection and even greater prices. I loved all the knick knacks and display. I travel for work and this has been added to one of my must stops when I return!

I'm a newbie at cigar smoking. I have been to several cigar shops. The tobacconist and gifts is with out a doubt the finest I've been to. Sandy is top notch.

Wonderful woman who owns this place. Super friendly and even started carrying my favorite tobacco after one visit!! Can’t say enough kind words about this place. Large variety of pipe tobacco and it’s all kept very fresh and stored properly.

We were out of town from Georgia and my husband left his pipe at home! We HAD to visit her store! So happy we found her place; it’s amazing! The owner was so super knowledgeable. She helped him pick great tobaccos and a beautiful olive wood pipe! Wonderful products, fresh tobaccos and cigars!

In my opinion, one of the best small shops around. I searched all over to find a place to restore/repair my estate pipes. They use a shop out of PA for pipe service. After sending out my first pipe for a good cleaning and restoration, I will never let anyone else touch my pipes! Friendly and knowledgeable staff with great customer service! Their expertise, selection, and service have earned them a lifetime customer!

Nice shop nice lady that works there. If she lets you smoke in her great little smoking section please be considerate that it is not a regular lounge and you should make sure not to leave a mess.

Great little cigar and pipe shop! Aside from the "tucked in the corner" shopping mall location and the rather unfortunate name - the store has a great humidor and a wonderful selection of pipe tobacco. We picked out some Perdomo's to smoke by the pool and I brought home some Virginia "house-blend" tobacco for my pipe. Heck, he even had a few new Petersons and a Stanwell in stock. Rare to find someone who cares enough to offer quality pipes! Didnt catch the owner's name, but really enjoyed talking with him. Very friendly shop!

the saleswoman that was working was extremely helpful, friendly, knowledgeable and respectful ... she helped me find something to keep pipe tobacco moist which is why I stopped in in the first place 😊

I highly recommend this store to anyone looking to get started smoking pipes. The owner is friendly and willing to answer questions. Additionally he seems to have a very wide selection of tobacco.

fantastic, quick very friendly and the old man I'm assuming is the owner is very knowledgeable I'm from out of town and I went to other place that said they were open at 10 but got there at 1030 and they were not open went here and I was in and out in less than ten mins, if I come around here again, i will be 100% come back

It was a great store. The lady that was working was very helpful to me in finding a Christmas gift. The store was very neat, clean, and welcoming.

Very beautiful, clean and well merchandised... And a bit of US and Charlottesville history. The lady who owns it is a master of her craft and a sweetheart!
