Amazing customer service. I was skeptical about purchasing natural hair products but to my surprise there were two employees that had natural hair and were very competent about the products. We had great conversation and I left satisfied.

This location is great ... other then Isaiah being really rude to people telling them they don't need the product for there child's hair because he thinks it's not curly or wavy ... he was really rude and stuck tf up ....

Great store but is now closed as Sally's is downsizing.
Prior: Cierra is very helpful in finding the best products and providing technical info. She has a great attitude for customer service!
Friendly & helpful staff. Organized and clean. Jamya & Jaylah are great. Busy strip mall. Good location near many other strip malls with a good mix of offerings

I just came from Sally’s and cierra was great. She help me with everything. Cierra was wet, kind and a wonderful personality. I recommend for everyone to come here. Thank you cierra for making my daughter and I experience wonderful.

Open for business with covid precautions

I had a really rough experience here. I placed an online order, waited for the appropriate amount of time, and made my way to the store. The associate seemed entirely unwilling to help me. He said they'd received the order but he couldn't fill it. They had the items in store. I offered to grab them myself, but he said I'd have to pay for them again even though he could clearly see I had already done so. While searching for my items, another lady came in and he was rude to her as well. She stormed out without her items. He finally agreed to help me grab my items but wouldn't let me help and took 20 minutes to find them himself. I should have just come in and picked them up myself. I don't expect much, but combativeness is a bit too far.

The store is great… when it’s actually open during the indicated business hours. If the posted hours are 10-8, then the doers shouldn’t be locked at noon. Either update your hours or staff the store during hours.

the staff was friendly but a little too friendly.. they kept following me around asking questions about what I was looking for, striking up conversation about the products and giving recommendations, and just overall being a little pushy when i didnt ask for help and kind of just wanted to be left alone. i think this sallys is fairly new and i get theyre just trying to make sales but it just made for an uncomfortable experience. pls leave customers alone if they dont ask for help

Today 12/14/2022 I went to this store to buy a conditioner from the Shea Moisture brand. The price tag indicated $9.99 but when I went to pay the cashier charged me $13.71... I told the cashier to please check that price because she was wrong. That woman was very very rude. She answered me: "that's the price, I'm not the manager" with a really sarcastic and rude attitude. I used to love Sally Beauty until today. I WILL NEVER RETURN TO A SALLY BEAUTY STORE AGAIN. Thank you for your lousy customer service

Went to Sally today at 10:20am and we couldn't open the door after several attempts. The sign on the door said it opened at 10am. So we knocked on the door and a worker came she forcefully shoved the door open, rolled her eyes, and walked away without a word. Did not apologize for the door sticking or ask if we needed help. When checking out her voice was so low we could barely hear her when asking for phone number and what rewards we wanted to use. Then didn't make eye contact when saying "have a good day". The store was clean but after this experience we will go elsewhere.

Not opened! 1015!March 9th.. Big hose hanging from the ceiling!

I just left the store because no employees would come out from the back. The employee was on the phone screaming and crying LOUDLY. Put my products back and left because it was so awkward to stand there for 5 minutes and no one come out.
