Received a faulty battery twice (confirmed by my mechanic), but Autozone has not hesitated to immediately exchange my battery under warranty. Both times, the individuals who installed for me were courteous and so friendly.

As a young female who typically works on my own vehicles, other shops in Weaverville have made me feel very belittled when I order parts (even going as far as asking to see my vehicle to confirm what I drive). Not once have I felt mistreated here, I feel like a respected customer. Autozone will now always be my number one shop.

They were very heipful and kind.We needed a battery while waiting in hot and within moments they were there and battery was installed! Thankyou! Highly recommend your store!

This Auto Zone was fantastic. The parts manager Dustin N was super nice. We went in with our check engine light on. Dustin spent 20 minutes explaining what was wrong and how to fix it ourselves if we wanted to. I’d recommend this place to anyone.

My battery is dying and I brought it there and it was just over 3 years but they gave me a warranty discount not too much 60 bucks but hey,!

100% the best experience ever! Bob was amazing! My battery was completely dead and he drove his personal vehicle to install a new one for me in the rain. Bob reassured me there are indeed still great people in this world!

Very helpful staff, very welcoming, you definitely feel the hometown vibe. I felt like a regular. This is definitely my place to go even got a $20 gift card for just spending money there twice.

Had my battery conk out on me at an Airbnb nearby just as we were headed back home a few months back, brought it here and had the BEST experience with Jorden L. I wish I could take my car here every time something was wrong with it, because he did such a great job of replacing the battery while also sharing his very inspiring and beautiful story with us. He was polite and personable and all around a great guy with a lot of love and beauty in his heart. We walked alway feeling incredibly touched to have come across such an amazing person in our travels. If you ever get a chance to go here and meet him, you can rest assured that your car will be in good hands and your soul will come out feeling a little brighter. He somehow made us glad that our battery had died because of it, he’s a great light in the world and we were lucky to have met him, his grandmother would be beyond proud

I was on vacation with my best friend and started having car issues. Jason Stanley was the employee that helped us and he did such a fantastic job. He was honest, upfront, and able to get us a temporary fix until we made it back to VA. Southern hospitality at its finest.

Friendly and knowledgeable staff helped find the best battery to replace the nine-year-old one that was the original battery. They replaced the battery quickly.

Went here after getting no service at a competitor about a minute away and the gentlemen, think he was an assistant manager, took my key fob, opened it, put in new battery and made sure it worked. Great job and kudos the dude that helped. The other place I will never ever go to again as they seemed bothered by me trying to buy something or helping---never again. This AutoZone is the place you need to go to get courteous and knowledgeable service locally.

Stopped in for some windshield wiper blades and had a great experience. Super helpful team of associates. And better yet, they love their job. I was in and out in less than 10 mins and most of that was me comparison shopping the blades. Great place for the DIY automotive gurus.

I recently had my battery die and needed to get somewhere with my four children. Jason and Dustin were incredible! Dustin quickly got me checked out while Jason installed the battery in my car as the weather was getting worse! I appreciated you both so much and will be back for other business! Thank you!!

Just wanted to get some windshield wipers without putting them on myself. Steve went out of his way to make sure all the wipers fit& wasn't annoyed by the fact that my car/situation wasn't "cut&dry".. maybe he wouldn't have been so helpful knowing he gained a "problem customer"..just joking! Thanks again Steve!!!

The guys were very helpful, and when they accidentally sold me the wrong product (because I accidentally told him the wrong model), they quickly remedied it with absolutely no fuss. I’m just traveling through the area, but I would definitely recommend this place to any locals!
