Fattoria

Came for dinner and immediately was blown away by the flavors and great service. Went during off season, but the experience was still amazing. The burrata made me feel like I was back in Italy. All their veggies are super fresh and actually grown nearby. For entres we had the filet which was mouthwatering, then the pasta with chicken and pesto, and for dessert tiramisu. We ate every last bite and were very satisfied overall.

We absolutely loved the vibe for Saturday evening dinner. Marc was quintessential! Great with recommendations and is hilarious. He truly made our experience that much better. The 10/10 food we ordered was:
-calamari and carpaccio for appetizers
- 2 fork 30oz ribeye
-Lobster ravioli
-espresso martinis
-pesto risotto

This was our first time in town & in Fattoria and we are soo happy we came! The food was so fresh & delicious, we got the calamari, burrata, caesar, charcuterie board & so much more. Our waiter Kyle was an absolute sweetheart! He gave the best recommendations for the entrees. We were also celebrating my birthday and the whole staff, including Steve made our experience wonderful. Looking forward to being back next time we’re in town!

The owner Stephen greeted us at the door and wow what a great experience! The service was timely the food extremely great and after a long day on the slopes the "townie" feel (for the off season) made us feel right at home! We will definitely be back!!

Everything we had was DELICIOUS! Starting with the Barrata and Patata, and ending with the Tiramasu. Our main dishes: Lasagna, Tortellini w/ Rabbit, Filet Mignon, and Papardelle. Every bite was amazing.

We walked in on December 26th without a reservation and the owner was greeting and seating people. When he realized we didn’t have a reservation he created a spot right in front of the kitchen for us. The food was fantastic and they had the friendliest staff! Highly recommend this place!!

We had the polenta appetizer. Lobster ravioli and seafood stew. I can't remember the name of but both were delicious. We found our new favorite restaurant in Avon. Our server Josh was excellent and really knew how to take care of a table. I highly recommend this place and would come back again. On the house they gave us an orange appertif which was excellent as well!

We had a great time at Fattoria! The burrata, lasagna, and tiramisu were incredible! The best lasagna we had in a while. The service was just as good, Mark was really helpful and friendly! Highly recommended.

Absolutely amazing! Owner and service staff was awesome. Prices were very reasonable and portions were generous. Our waiter Kyle is a great ambassador and provides an honest recommendation of the menu. There were three of us and we all loved everything. Cocktails were great! This flight crew will definitely be back!

We were on vacation traveling through Vail and Avon, so we decided to stop here for dinner. By far, this is the best Italian food we have ever had. Highly recommend the Italian soda (the creamsicle soda is the best). The calamari is also excellent. But out of everything, the lasagna was unbelievable, and it is the best I've ever had. I also can't forget the service, as the staff was great as well. I can't recommend this restaurant enough!

Love this restaurant!!! We had such a great dinner. The food was incredible and highly recommend a visit. We ordered drinks, appetizers, entrees, dinner, and dessert. The stone fruit salad, with goat cheese ice cream was a perfect combination of texture and flavor. It also felt very seasonal. The branzino was cooked perfectly with an excellent combination of sides. Risotto with saffron and vegetables was insanely good (and vegan/vegetarian.) We loved the service it felt very attentive and Josh was awesome! He helped us navigate the menu. Ran into friends at the bar after dinner. Fun place to stay and linger! Overall, the staff is welcoming, service excellent, food is fresh and in season. The atmosphere is elegant without being formal. We can’t wait to go back soon!

This is one of the best Italian restaurants in all of Colorado - honestly in all of the US!!! First of all the service was phenominial. The best service in a restaurant I've ever had. The food is all farm to table and very fresh. They grow a lot of the veggies in their greenhouse and meat is local from Colorado. All of their pasta is made in house. I got the beet pasta with mushroom - AMAZING!! They were able to make it vegetarian for me. My husband got the lasagna, they were generous with the meat. Drinks were very good as well. Overall we will be coming back very soon!

Absolutely AMAZING! Our server Kyle was the best. So happy we found this gem to celebrate our 22nd wedding anniversary.

One of the best Italian food we have ever had. We had the rabbit dish and the bone in veal. We also tried the lamb rigatoni from one of our family members. Service is amazing! Our server made sure our water glass is always full. Ambiance is great too.

Great lunch experience… Kyle was exceptional… from the “generous pour” to the “taste of our bean soup”, our lunch in Avon was perfect! Snow flurries and the lighted fireplace added to the atmosphere! We had the Caesar salad with chicken… one order was split between us and it was plenty! Planning to come back for dinner! Can’t wait!

What an excellent meal!!! This is one of the best restaurants I have eaten at in the vail valley. Fresh and unique. They offered great, but sophisticated options for our kids, no chicken fingers here. Will be coming back for sure!!

First things first, Marc is an amazing waiter and really helped us with any allergy/gluten needs. He was also super friendly and insightful about the menu. They have gluten free pasta options and gluten free bread for the table if needed for a gluten allergy. All the food was absolutely incredible. The pasta was my favorite and also a salad with a goat cheese sorbet was out of this world. The branzino was delicious as well. They even import the cheese and oil from Italy and have a greenhouse in Colorado where they grown their own vegetables for dinner. I highly recommend coming to this lovely restaurant with great and friendly service and a wonderful ambiance.

Impossible to say enough nice things to describe the awesome evening with family we had at Fattoria! Our server Josh was over the top! We was so friendly and helpful with dinner and wine choices. He was amazingly attentive to our every need. The wine, the entree's, the dessert were all prepared with perfection. You really can't go wrong with Fattoria and Josh.

Very impressive menu and authentic Northern Italian cuisine. Outstanding wine list. Very attentive service. Lily was most professional and helpful. Let us try several wines. Owner constantly comes around to make sure customers are enjoying. Lovely decor and the homemade complimentary Lemoncello capped off a very impressive dining experience.

Amazing food that is very fresh. Pasta and bread are homemade each morning and are served fresh everyday. Our waiter Kyle was amazing, he was very personal, kind hearted, and extremely welcoming. Kyle along with the amazing food made my experience a 10/10.
