Went in for a helmet and gloves, and being a beginning rider I was not sure what to look for. Ty greeted me right away and met me with an earnest passion to help that made me feel welcomed and cared for. He guided me in finding the right size for each brand I looked at, worked with me on my price range and gave me a variety of different options to choose from, as well as relaying relevant personal experience that made the process very smooth and enjoyable. I ended up walking out with a helmet and gloves that I am very very happy with, and will be recommending Cycle Gear at Southdale to all of my friends who ride. Thank you so much, and give that man a raise!!

The staff there, especially Store Manager David Reyes, went above and beyond to help me with my tire mounting job. His service was exceptional and he even did one wheel while I waited which meant one less trip from my house to the store.
I would definitely recommend this store for your motorcycle gear and tire mounting needs. Also the cost of the work I had done was significantly less than what other shops quoted.

While I know there is a greater selection online, I like to touch and feel things before I buy them. I am grateful that this store is here. I have been in a few times and the people working at the store ride and have given me good advice. Jay specifically helped me the last couple of times that I was in, and I appreciate it a lot.

Each time I go there, I find kind knowledgeable staff. They take the time to get to know you and your needs. They don't try to sell me the most expensive stuff in the store, they work with me and my budget to make sure I walk out satisfied. I've bought a couple of helmets there and they have installed the stereo / intercom systems for me for free! I would rate their service 10 out of 10! I look forward to my next visit!

Just stopped in today around 1120. Dude behind the counter was super chill, helpful and knowledge able. He helped me with a jacket and getting my visor put on. He was also helping a guy put a Cardo in his helmet. Highly recommend and will be going back.

The sales associate that was working with me was extremely knowledgeable about the helmets and making recommendations for styles that fit my needs. He also helped with a summer riding jacket and a pair of riding gloves! Great guy, I’d recommend him to anyone and look forward to my future purchases.

Jay was very helpful and patient. He worked with me and suggested gear for me that would meet my needs and made additional recommendations for products that I could also consider. It was overall great experience.

I went into the shop and was met by TY who was friendly, knowledgeable and was happy to help me pick out my first set of gear.

He spent extra explaining all the benefits of solid gear and helped me pick out gear that fit well, looked good, and will keep me safe.

He made the entire experience enjoyable and was kind enough to show me how to wear all the gear properly and helped me with a new visor on my helmet. Also, he was kind enough to grab different sizes and styles to figure out what would fit me best.

I had a couple of less than great experiences at a few other shops, my experience with TY and the team at Cycle Gear at Edina turned that around and made for a great experience. I know where I will be getting my gear and brining my friends to get theirs too.

It was clear that TY and the team have a passion for riding and helping other people get into the lifestyle and stay safe while doing it.

I went in looking for some new pants that would fit better and give me the same protection since my older ones were starting to rip. The staff was extremely patient and knowledgable about their products and how well they would fit my needs. Got the perfect pair and am safely back on the road. I will absolutely be coming back for all my gear needs!

I went of some fork oil which they had in stock and same price as Amazon. Jay managing the shop that night was extremely help full. The enormous wall of helmets to try on caught my attention and after trying several I found the perfect fit and will purchase on my birthday in April. Thanks for a great experience.

Picked up a new helmet and coms setup over the weekend. Jay was wonderful to work with on finding a helmet that checked all the boxes I was looking for. He is knowledgeable and was very helpful with any questions I had. I will definitely be returning for gear in the future.

The staff was supper knowledgeable and personable. No over selling or pushing me toward a featured product or anything like that. They were generally interested in understanding what was important to me, how I ride, and had some really helpful insights and recommendations.

Selection was extensive and prices are competitive. Great option if you are like me and want to go into a store, compare options, try them on, and walk out with a purchase instead of dealing with buying online.

The manager and his two employees were awesome and spent way more time than they needed to trying to help us fix a chain for my son's dirt bike. Highly recommended!

Wonderful employees, one of them who's name was David noticed I was looking at helmets then proceeded to take me on a tour of every piece of equipment I asked about (because I'm new to it) taking about 40 minutes of his time and being kind and helpful the whole time

I went to the Maple Grove store looking for a new helmet (it was past time). Eli came over and started pointing out different brands, but I'm a big fan of Schuberth. I bought the C3 pro and Eli went to work trading out my Cardo edge onto the new helmet.

I drive 2 hrs to visit maple grove and edina stores. Staff is very knowledgeable and knows their products. Purchased Shoei helmets and chaps. Love the helmets and wife is happy with her chaps. We'll be back.

Employees are great at helping answer all your questions and walking by to ask you if you need help while multitasking. Please be patient while there. They can only help one customer at a time. Awesome deals and Great service!

Went in to get some info and hopefully get a new helmet. Though just my luck were out of my size in the color I wanted, Sanji was the most helpful and knowledgeable salesperson I've ever met. Not only did I walk out knowing *exactly* what I needed, I never felt pushed to make a sale today. Seriously top notch staff!

Jay was our salesperson , I took my 10 year old in for a helmet and even though we didn't find one he wanted , Jay was AMAZING and helped us every step of the way and finding the perfect fit ! Excellent customer service and prices are unbeatable !
