Adam is the best AV/Tech provider that I've worked with! He is extremely knowledgeable, skilled, organized, and always has a plan when he arrives at my home. He is very patient, a great teacher, and works with me until I am comfortable with new remotes, p to questions passwords, and appears before he leaves. Adam is also quick to respond to my questions if I need help after my project has been completed. And the Lelch 24/7 helpline has even provided quick and easy repair remotely!

I've recommended Lelch to several family members and friends for their internet and TV needs. And my adult children are very happy that I can now contact Lelch with my technology questions.

I have worked with a few different audio video vendors over a 25-30 span. I love the newest AV equipment and technology as well as a home theater experience.

Just wrapped up a home remodeling project. Very good experience with the Lelch team. They were great at creating a consultative selling experience with a range of options to help take finished project to next level with TV, audio and security solutions. Impressed with their willingness to adjust their work schedule to meet the changing timeline of a remodel with other subcontractors. Adam led install. He took the time to swing back and help walkthrough hope to optimize and enjoy products. Very impressed with install and service after sale.

After having poor experiences with other AV companies (including Magnolia) We are very happy with the service provided by Lelch. They provided good advice on equipment and configurations we should consider and didn’t try to oversell like everyone else does. The installation process was also outstanding! The guys really knew what they were doing, they cleaned up the electronic mess left by previous installers, they spent the time necessary to do it right, and constantly made efforts to ensure that we understood what they were doing and why. Lastly, they made sure we understood how to operate the system and that everything worked as advertised. I would not hesitate to use them again or refer to others.

From the first meeting when the ideas were flowing and options discussed to the completion of the project, Lelch’s attention to detail and customer service far exceeded my expectations. The media cabinet, projector and finished screen with LED feature all look amazing! And the sound....what a wow factor. They made certain that I understood how to use my new system and made me comfortable in knowing that they are here to support me should I need to add an option or device. Super excellent service and top notch system. Will definitely be recommending Lelch to my friends, family and business associates.

We’ve worked with the Lelch crew twice and both experiences were great! It’s like having hour own IT dept at home! They hung 3 TVs and sound bars, super secure and no cords in sight, just how I wanted it. Then they took the time to make sure Dish was properly set up on each TV, programmed the channels, set up the remotes and patiently walked us through Sonos set up and all we needed to know for easy daily use of our new equipment. Great guys, conscientious and professional, and I’ll have them back again and again.

From the initial meetings to review of specs for the installation of security and AV components through project completion the professional level of creative attention and patience was outstanding. Post project follow up and monitoring has also been terrific. Lelch personnel have been consistently knowledgeable and responsive. Especially for non-technically oriented clients the individual employees we have worked with have been pleasant and thankfully patient. The overall experience has been very positive.

The Lelch’s team best assets are knowledge and professionalism. Since day one they have been impeccable and extremely well organized. They have done a complete overhaul of our Control4 system. We ran into some issues not of their fault. Their perseverance to solve it while being throughout was exceptional. They are proud of their work and company name. They are not the cheapest dealer in town, but by far their cost is worth their value. I would recommend them without any hesitation.

We wanted to bring our audio and video systems up to date with new technology but use components we owned, that were still viable. The Lelch team reviewed what we had, did a thorough investigation of wiring needs and took the time to understand what we wanted in a system. As always, Lelch did a great job of addressing some issues, bringing our systems up to date and adding some new capabilities. Adam was right on time, listened well, was very engaged and got the work done expeditiously. They inferred that the Control4 OS 3 was a big improvement and I would agree. We hired Lelch to design and install our new entertainment room and we couldn't be happier. The design phase was very positive as the representative was very knowledgeable on the technology and actually recommended a cheaper audio option instead of the more expensive equipment (Lelch even honored a Black Friday discount for the TV we purchased). The installation technicians were very friendly, professional, and did a very good job installing the system and later educating me on how to operate it.

Lelch is amazing and we love the audio/video equipment they installed! They’re very responsive and got back to me pretty quickly every time I contacted them. My husband and I thought their estimate was reasonable and we loved the suggestions Lelch had for the audio equipment. We had a short timeframe for the install. Found these guys on the internet after my previous installer stopped servicing Control 4. Complete professionalism from the initial contact for a service tech visit, to sales contact with Kevin and tech consult with the owner Alex. These guys are knowledgeable and friendly. We upgraded our system and the people at Lelch did not stop working until everything worked perfectly. Happy to have found them randomly on the Web!
