What a lovely Bed & Breakfast?! Pam was absolutely wonderful! We stayed in the main house and it was great. Bed was comfortable and everything was super clean. There were great common areas inside and outside if you want to interact with other guests. We met some really nice people. There was an amazing breakfast. After breakfast, we were offered a tour of the pasture (wonderful cows and horses) and were driven through it in the back of a truck. Super memorable and such an amazing property. I'd love to go back! Thank you, Seventy-Four Ranch B&B for a comfortable rustic ranch experience.

I brought my 86 year old mom here on a visit to the area. We had a truly memorable experience! We loved the historic home, the original part of which was built
by Cherokee people over 200 years ago, but restored to a wonderful level of casual elegance and comfort. The house is filled with interesting antiques. Outdoors was so special. The patio, the rocking chairs on the porch, the mature trees and lovely gardens, all the while gazing upon the incredibly beautiful horses in the pasture… it was truly idyllic. A place where your soul can be at rest. And did I mention the delectable breakfast served on the patio? It was completely unexpected to have such a lovely inspirational time. Kudos to Pam. She has carved something very special into that region of northern Georgia!

My husband and I spent a night at 74 Ranch B&B back in June following a concert. Traveling from out of state and trying to pack as much into our short trip, Pam was a wonderful host and went above and beyond to be accommodating for us. The place was very warm and welcoming, as well as the staff. Would love to come back & stay longer! ❤

The 74 Ranch well exceeded my expectations. The house is a beautifully restored 200 year old farmhouse with all the accommodations and modern touches to make it comfortable and cozy. The property is stunning. She has cattle that were cool to see but my favorite was the horses. I went on a guided tour of the property on horseback and had a blast. The guide made it fun and interesting!! The owner, Pam was lovely and charming and made us feel at home. I had the best weekend I’ve had in years. This is such a special place. We are coming back soon.

Absolutely wonderful place to stay. Pam is an amazing host. We went riding and Marissa, our guide, was also wonderful. Everyone around the Ranch was so kind, welcoming, and fun. Can't wait to come back!

The cozy ambiance of this B&B instantly put me at ease, offering a serene escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. What truly set this B&B apart, however, was Pam herself. Her warmth and genuine hospitality made me feel like a welcomed guest in her own home. I loved hearing her fascinating stories, each painting a vivid picture of her rich and colorful life and the history of the Seventy-Four. My visit to this B&B exceeded all expectations. I wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone seeking a serene retreat and an opportunity to connect with nature. Whether you're a horse enthusiast or simply searching for a relaxing getaway, this hidden gem will leave a lasting impression. Thank you, Pam, for a truly memorable experience.

This is the cutest rustic escape in Jasper. They’ve spruced up the historic house, but kept most of the original materials. Horse and ranch memorabilia make the place feel cozy and inviting. The outdoor has stunning views of the pasture with cows and horses. Pam, the proprietor really cares about your experience and goes the extra mile to make you smile. Mennie is a full on cowboy and is such a patient guide. He rescued my hat when it blew off as I was riding. They served a delicious breakfast spread with farm fresh eggs and bacon from the local butcher, fresh fruit, yogurt and croissant break from the local bakery. I go a few times every year with my friends and we always come back glowing!

My stay in early March was just perfect. The atmosphere of this unique and beautiful place is so calming. Pam's horses come up to the fence to greet you every morning. Loved sitting on the large back porch, drinking great coffee and watching them! Pam, Jane and Menny attend to every detail to make your stay comfortable and special. Highly, highly recommend!

This was my first time staying at a bed and breakfast. It definitely left me with a good impression and fond memories. You are kindly and warmly greeted by the owner, Pam, who will give you a quick tour of the home and grounds explaining the history and a welcome sign by the front door with arriving guests names on it. While you may end up sharing a bathroom with other guests, rest assured that they are kept well maintained along with your room. You will make a few friends while you're there. Breakfast is family style and everyone comes together in the dining room for a well thought out meal and accommodating any dietary needs. They do offer horse back rides and roping lessons. It's a very peaceful, quiet place with a fire house and police station nearby. Very safe area. Sunrises and sunsets are gorgeous. This place is well worth checking out for yourself!

I'd been wanting to visit the Seventy-Four Ranch for a while. I'm so glad I did! I felt relaxed and at home from the start. As you will read from other reviews, Pam is the best! And the view is beautiful. I spent hours just looking out across the field. I will definitely return with my family. Thanks again Seventy-Four!

Pam's place is an author's peaceful place to disconnect from the rush of the city, and the 'hum' of the electric machines. Lay back and get lost in the pages of a book or let the songbirds and nature take you to a peaceful center of escape. The 74 knows love; It emanates from the ranch. The 74 in Jasper IS,, Georgia On My Mind. So beautiful! So welcoming! Real country with class, style and character.

"...these horses have never heard mean words."

Deeply touching. Inspirational. Lovely memories.

I can not say enough wonderful things about our stay. Pam our host is amazing! She was so kind and welcoming. Her property is gorgeous. Pam makes you feel right at home. My two younger son's and I enjoyed her story about the ranch history over a delicious breakfast. Waffle's as big as your head my son said. Since we were the only ones staying on the property at the time we got the Royal treatment, but that's just Pam's southern hospitality. My son's fell in love with the horse's. They went for two rides and her ranch hand Manny was excellent. Very helpful and like Pam said...Manny is family. We stayed in one of the cabins which was very rustic but perfect for our ranch visit. We had a swing outside our cabin and between the horse's and the swings I didn't see much of the boys. I highly recommend 74 Ranch. My son's are already asking to go back next summer.

My family and I stayed in the saddle house September of 2022. I have been thinking about going back ever since! Pam was so knowledgeable about horses and her love for the ranch really showed! I have mentioned to my step daughter a few times how I would love for her to meet Pam and learn some amazing things from her. The local cider is amazing! As was the home cooked breakfast. Coming down to Georgia is always a treat and it was a wonderful experience. I definitely will be bringing my whole family back to experience this beautiful piece of property and Pam’s wonderful personality 💜

Staying here is an authentic ranch experience in the north Georgia mountains. We loved sitting & overlooking the pasture full of quarter horses & cattle. Such a relaxing atmosphere where you feel at home from the moment you enter the 200-year-old homestead built by Cherokee Indians. Pam is a wonderful hostess with some amazing historical stories to enrich your time there. Breakfast was great. A wonderful experience staying at the Seventy-Four Ranch.

Pam/ Jane/ Manny are amazing. We absolutely love them and will be back as quickly as possible. You cannot find a better, more relaxing atmosphere. My daughter and I spent 3 nights recently, and 74 Ranch surpassed my expectations. Pam should raise her prices for the service, activities and atmosphere provided. I would gladly pay $200/night. These folks are wonderful. I have already recommended 74 Ranch to many, many friends and family. Thank You Thank You Pam!

Ms. Pam is a wonderful hostess. Went on a stormy weekend so we only got a glimpse of the majestic horses. The rooms were quaint, charming, romantic. Loved the custom soap and all the antiques. A great little stop on your way to Atlanta. Ms. Pam is so beautiful and shared her amazing connection to the west. Definitely would recommend. ❤

Our new favorite get away! Everything was perfect - from the sunset ride around the ranch with Manny, to the fascinating stories Pam told over a delicious breakfast the next morning. We couldn’t have asked for a better anniversary trip. Everyone was so welcoming and gracious. This place is truly magical and a hidden gem and we can’t wait to come back with friends and family for a longer stay.
