brendan knows how to do his job very well, was super educational and transparent. he made everything really easy to understand and hooked us up with new phones, watches, trade ins, and we switched over coming from another phone company, he made the process seamless . thank you again brendan, if hes not already a manager running his own store he should be considered for his work well done 👍🏼

Tyler was awesome going above and beyond with customer service. I had a lot of anxiety thinking some benefits were going to expire and Tyler helped me sort through the mess. Furthermore, he was very patient and answered all my questions. Definitely the customer service that I remember from back in the day. Great store with lots of products and variety.

We’ll never go to another T-Mobile location again. I can’t say enough good things about Brandon and Jose. Extremely professional, fast and attentive. Went there for home internet and we were in and out within 20 min. Their customer service is unfounded anywhere else now days. Stop wasting your time elsewhere! Go see these guys!

Tong was very helpful and knowledgeable. He knows how to help an older baby boomer with tech problems! The store personnel were very friendly too.

Brendan is the best employee I’ve ever had the pleasure of meeting , he stays Engaged and above all else try’s his best in any situation to give you the best possible outcome! Through the process he knew exactly what he was talking about and even called me by my name the whole time , honestly going above and beyond. I highly recommend going to him for any problem . Best customer service experience I have ever had at a phone store. Jesse and Matt addressed everything we asked for and also were able to help us transition to a less expensive plan by cutting out bloat programs we weren't using. 0 wait time and even though one member that helped us was in training, very competent and welcoming staff! (Visited just before lunch on Monday)

Phenomenal customer service. I went yesterday 03/18/2021 around 3/4 p.m. and the service was literally the best you could ask for! The staff was attentive, informative, and efficient. I loved the friendliness of the staff and the ease of the transaction. Definitely recommend coming here. I was lucky that there wasn’t a wait time when I arrived but by the time I left there was a wait time for the new customers arriving. But again, great service. I left a happy customer. Thank you!

Stephen L is honestly the sweetest dude. Most patient, informative, and helpful guy! He made sure he answered every single one of my questions. Very efficient and kind. T mobile gets it. Their team cares about answering questions and making sure you are happy. Our salesman, Zak, was knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. His attitude alone will keep us coming back!

This T-Mobile on White Bear restored my faith in customer service. Brian was very helpful in getting my family plan upgraded and educated on the new transition from a loyal long-term Sprint customer to being part of T-Mobile. Even when I didn't understand the new better standards T-Mobile will implement, Brian was extremely patient and timely on helping understand the transition.

This store is amazing! I went in because the latest update to Android 9.0 Pie caused my Samsung Galaxy J7 to stop receiving text messages. Turns out I just needed to update my profile, which David was able to do in about 3 seconds. Finally I found a retail store with great customer service. Thank you, David!

From the moment I entered the store, an employee greeted me and helped me out. Although I consider myself pretty tech savvy, this employee, José, was good. Full of energy and sharing everything. And to think that I didn't go there for a purchase, but to get a Sprint phone repaired. When I get ready to buy a phone, I'll be looking for José at this store again.

This is hands-down the BEST Sprint Store in the Twin Cities. I have been a Sprint customer for many years and for repairs/service you were forced to go the Roseville location. Now this White Bear Lake store is the only place I go. Jaren is a fantastic addition to their business. His service and product knowledge is second to none. He provided amazing help with both my wife's and my new phone. His honestly, knowledge, and 5star service earned my loyalty.

Naimy very patiently listened to my questions and WROTE notes for me to take home. SO SWEET!! Daughter dropped her (Sprint) phone, covered by insurance, dropped off at 2PM, picked up perfectly repaired at 5PM. Happy daughter. Only cost me $30 HAPPY ME!
