I Love Dunkin donuts I wish could have it every day.

Self-proclaimed “Dunkie junkie” this is my favorite Dunkin in the Peoria area. The owner knows me by name and the staff is friendly and efficient. If an error is made, they fix it right away. I’m a simpleton - a coffee with cream is all I need and this Dunkin keeps me caffeinated. The drive-thru can be tedious because everyone wants coffee from this Dunkin and I am constantly amazed at how fast and efficient they work their drive thru. Ordering ahead? You barely have to brake at the window, they’ve got your order ready and waiting. But not without a quick thank you and have a nice day!

I wish I would have gotten her name, but the woman handing drinks out today (10am-ish) is seriously my favorite person on the planet. I always get coffees on my worst days and she makes sure I leave with a smile every time. This has been my 3rd or 4th experience with her and she’s honestly the best. As a manager, she’s the type of employee we need more of in the world!❤

I never expected such a great service over in that Dunkin store the manager Manoj was literally so nice and cool person and he receives customers with :-) smile face

Always had good experiences with both the food and beverages as well as the employees. Bagels are especially good and their specialty coffees are great as well. Would recommend.

It's so nice to approach a drive-through and hear a courteous, intelligent person hearing what you say and responding intelligibly! A rarity in Peoria drive-throughs.
Prices are reasonable (especially with the coupons on the receipt) and coffee/sandwiches are hot and fresh.
But I would return just for the civilized service!

I love this location and come almost every day. I order from the app and my drink is always ready when I get there. The employees all remember my name and make me feel special.

Vanessa is the best!!! Very professional, she does great work and is my go to person. When you visit the restaurant ask for Vanessa. Her great spirit and happy personality is great, always starts my day off the best.

I always going early in the morning! The two gentlemen that are there early are always awesome and friendly. I really appreciate these two! And the coffee is great.

Dunkin has okay coffee, but some of the best donuts. I bought 2 coffees and a box of chocolate donut holes. Quite satisfying

Always received excellent service! The place has received a makeover and is VERY nice, and the donut selection is on par with a Dunkin' Donuts.

We especially love the delicious lattes for $2. The employees are always very nice.
