Loved this place! When you walk into a place like this you know the food is going to be great. I loved the birria tacos, so flavorful. It was nice to find hot sauce in Minnesota that actually had a bit of heat to it. We went there with our kids and they loved it too. I am looking forward to the cooler weather so we can fully enjoy their soup selections

This is by far the best Mexican food you will find in the twin cities. Their meat portions are just unlike any other place. They have great flavor and great price. My fiance and I eat here once a week it's that good. The workers are always so kind as well as the owner. They have a really good crispy tripe taco that's to die for. Ask for it extra crispy

Little hidden gem, Amazing Birria tacos!!! Red sauce is amazing!!! I love my horchata!! Some what pricey but you get your fill!! A good place to spoil yourself and family!!

This is a local gem hidden in a strip mall. The food is authentic and always good. My son is one of the pickiest eaters I know and he makes me drive out of my way on my way home to go and get him the barbacoa tacos here. Seating is minimal in the restaurant so plan to take it out. I highly recommend this spot.

Glad to have found this small kinda hidden restaurant, Los tacos de asada are very tasty specially when you add their red salsa. Looking forward to trying other options on their menu!

The best torta de milanesa I ever had in Minnesota, this is authentic Mexican food, no chimichanga. I don't even know what chimichanga is. I never heard about it, only authentic Mexican food in this place.

I had a dine in, in Taqueria El Girasol. The food is so, tasteful and delicious!! I had tacos de asada and they were really juicy and delicious! I definitely recommend. My mom had caldo de res and she said it was really tasteful! We have gone to other places and had the caldo, but it wasn’t as tasteful as it is here! The service here is amazing, it is a friendly and welcoming environment. So if you are looking for a place to eat, this is the place.

I love this place. My favorite Mexican restaurant! I normally get the alpastor and shredded chicken tacos, but also have found the alambres to be amazing too.

The flavor is perfect, salsa is just right and the service is friendly.

First of all, absolutely delicious and fresh food! We had the birria and consome combination with chips on the side, everything was fresh and made to order.
The sweet girl at the counter talked to me and my friend and even gave us samples of their delicious drinks, which we ended up buying as well. It is a super nice tasty restaurant that I recommend to everyone! Well worth the reasonable price. :)

I’m from Texas so I’ve got pretty high standards for Mexican food, and this place blew me away. Everything was authentic from the atmosphere to the food, will absolutely be coming back.

Hidden gem! Authentic delicious and fresh. Tacos Al pastor & cachete (cheek meat). Really great. Horchata was a nice drink to go with. So happy to find this wonderful place. Priced so reasonably.

Very good food, one of the best places for good authentic Mexican cuisine! I’ve been coming here for years now and never disappoints my go too is the birria with consomé should definitely try!!
