Juracich Auto Repair

Our car started making a noise while driving up North and we stopped at Juracich to see what was going on. Even though we didn't have an appointment they took a look right away and told us it was okay to keep driving. Even though they didn't actually fix anything for us this is clearly a first rate shop with great service and great people. I wished we lived closer so we could use their services.

The check engine light came on while we were traveling through the area. Had the code read at an auto parts store and made it to Tomah in the evening. Called Juracich first thing in the morning. He has a lot of experience with the problem our car had. He told me exactly what to expect over the phone. When I said I couldn't bring the car in until a couple hours later, he offered to come to our hotel and take a look. That was a huge help to us.

He arrived and double check the code and cleared it. It stayed off when he started the engine and, as he predicted, the code hasn't come back. It was a 5 minute job. He wouldn't take any money.

I was extremely impressed with his knowledge of domestic, AND foreign vehicles. Usually when it comes to European cars, it is hard to find a guy who can fix them right. Juracich Auto Repair was able to troubleshoot and repair my Volkswagen Jetta. The dealership has had problems doing what Zach did in a matter of hours. Zach has been my one and only mechanic for 10 years now.He is a very talented guy! Anything that came up he knew how to fix it and fix it correctly, but the thing that really stands out is his honesty.Not all mechanic’s are honest but this guy is! He will break it down for you and tell you what is wrong with your vehicle so it makes sense. If you want your vehicle fixed and fixed right by a HONEST mechanic go see him!

I'm normally a stubborn do-it-myself-er, but I inherited a 1999 Honda Odyssey with some problems that were beyond my skill. I looked around for a local mechanic and found Juracich Auto, and I'm so glad I did.

Not only was Zach extremely communicative and timely, he finished the repairs in several hours when I expected him to have the van for at least a day or more. I don't have a lot of money and normally avoid taking cars to the shop, but Zach was worth every single penny, the price was fair, and I will absolutely be coming back with my other vehicles.
