this mcdonalds never gives me an issue best thing i can say if u have a specialty request. go inside. They pretty much always get it right when i do that.

Super laid back. I got to talk to the General Manager and she was so friendly. I'm still not sure if I like the automated ordering. But the food was fresh and made exactly the way I like it. Definitely one of the nicest experiences talking to the GM.

They have the best breakfast! I love the sausage egg mcmuffins with cheese and the hash browns and I always get a large orange juice with it. It's always good

This place hires the kindest people I have ever met. They seem to get my order right as well very often , and I have special requests all the time. Keep up the great work .

Had a good experience! My grandson always asks for a happy meal and just can't tell him no! The girls were friendly and polite. Had to pull over and wait for fries but I didn't mind since they would be super fresh! I'll continue my happy meal missions there!!

Great experience. Lawrence Troutman, Cody And Phi where all so helpfull and friendly. The 3 of these people make my experience at Mcdonalds in Shamokin Damn worth going back. These 3 are great at what they do. Keep up the good work.

Place was really clean and the staff was really nice

Amazing place all around to eat and order. Customer service is on tee. Atmosphere is perfection. So clean you could eat off the floor. And excellent place to work also.

Sometimes the service is slow and my frappe starts to melt...need a little bit faster service....the people who work there are great and respectful, love that

The drive thru was friendly and efficient. They made sure everything we ordered was correct and said everything with a smile 😊. Wish I lived here lol

French fries and sweet tea fit for a lord, exquisite in all aspects, highly recommend.

Tonight, I stopped at the McDonald’s in coal township on PA61 right before closing time. The drive thru was closed down so I went inside to see if I could still order. The man that was on as manager tonight, blessed me with a happy meal for my daughter who is in the hospital with pneumonia and bronchitis and will only eat McDonald’s happy meals right now. I am so, so very thankful for you sir!!! My daughter said thank you so much! May God bless you and all that you do!!! I wish I would have got your name.. Again, thank you so much for you and your kindness! We need more people in the world like you sir.

The pickles and lettuce were fresh, the fries were fresh! My nephew spilled his slushy, and they were kind enough to replace it. Service is slow, but it's worth it compared to getting cold food and soggy fries!

Very good staff and service. Stopped for breakfast one time in the AM and the only guy on apologized for not having my food fast enough and gave me an apple pie. Really good place.

We love this place. I feed a family of 12 and they get us in and out even making our food fresh. The employees are nice and always apologize for making us wait. I worked at Burger King for 10 years and when you get a $40- $50 or at 11pm, they are going to wait. It's nice they let you know that they keep checking the food times for you.

The service was quick and when they messed my order up they were very professional about it. I was surprised to learn they have a menu that not everyone knows about ...I forget what they called it..

We went through drive through to get frappes and iced confess. Can't complain. They make them well and very respectful employees.

Good workers friendly environment !!

This McDonald's is always interesting BUT the ice cream machine was working so that's a 5 star in my book.
