The Local Bottega

I was looking for a specific type of bottle to take to events I was working. Lindsay, the owner, went out of her way to make sure that she found one that fit my exact needs. Not only that, but it was delivered to my house with a handwritten note prior to my next event. Lindsay was responsive through the whole process and I would absolutely order from her again. This small business is amazing!

I had a painting party at Local Bottega for a girls weekend … 7 of us. It’s a great space and Lindsay was the ultimate host. The retail shop is filled with unique items made by local crafts people. All high quality. It’s a little out of the way from mainstream Kennebunk (but only a mile from upper village) but it’s definitely worth a visit. Lindsay has a liquor license now so you can actually go in and enjoy a glass of well-curated wines along with artisanal cheeses. It’s a very special and unique place.

Local Bottega is exactly what Kennebunk needs! A local store curated (almost) exclusively of Maine Made goods. From handcrafted jewelry and adorable baby clothes, to beautiful pottery and herbal teas. The best part is that it doubles as a collaborative space for both kids and adults to create. Ahhh…. I felt right at home! Thank you to the warm individual who offered me a cup of tea as I shopped! I will be back 💛✨
