Enterprise Rent-A-Car

The experience was great. I originally had a truck picked out to rent but once we arrived to the hotel, we realized the air wasn't working. We called Kyle and he generously worked out another rental that was in the same price range. The overall experience was great. We came from Memphis, TN to visit and Michigan was a great experience. #2GODBTHEGLORY

I’ve had to rent twice in 2 weeks & the staff (Chloe & the funny long-haired Guy) couldn’t have been more professional & pleasant.

And it’s hard because Customers can be jackholes.

My company lets me choose any rental and I will go here first. Nice people.

Car was a dream! Only problem I had was I had to use a major credit card on one car and had to find out you can't use debit on certain vehicles. But besides that the whole team impeccable, kind, and all around. Very nice people! Prices wonderful as well!

Being it was the 1st time I rented a vehicle. Everything was great, the explanation of your policy, the patience of your staff, Caitli, and the vehicle was a good choice, and the ride was smooth.

Customer service was great during pickup & drop off. They got me in & out! Car was clean & 2024. I also got my full deposit back same day.

I've been renting here for 4 years now! High turnover of employees, however, they are quick to correct errors, and go above & beyond to make sure all your needs are met, and your driving the vehicle of choice!

Every one was amazing! Literally every worker. They were smiling, great attitudes so willing and eager to help. I had the work day and they helped me through East could have been a mistake again so I love these people lol. Really fantastic. When David found how I was doing that day I told him. He said well we are here to make these pain free for you today. And they did. David himself helped clean the car with other gentleman who by the way, super nice! All in all I wouldn't go anywhere. They were very polite professional and accommodating. Their approach was welcoming and made me feel like my needs were important! Michael Knox was especially helpful as was his manager!

Peter, the store manager, was so helpful with our rental. He knows his inventory and pricing plans so well and he was able to get my family into the right vehicle.
